Food service at this location is trash!!!! They take forever and there’s always a problem with the order. This last attempt will be my last attempt at this location. Put my order in at 9 and set the order for 9 30 pick up. It was a sandwich and a coffee… The order didn’t come out til 9 50 and even then, the sandwich was wrong. I didn’t notice until I got to work and opening it on my lunch. I asked for little mayo on a pepperoni short roll….they decided to drench it in mayo and marinara sauce. I had to throw it away
This is Wawa just opened a few months ago and it has been a huge disappointment. The sad part is that it looks like they’re are not even trying to make any improvement….. This is why workers are slowly being replaced by AI.

As a Wawa lover I’m happy this location is open! I wanna say it’s similar to any other that I’ve been too. Maybe a little smaller compared to others. Area is clean and well done. The only “con” is the entrance because the intersection there doesn’t allow u-turns, so you gotta drive a bit up and only then enter. But the nice members make up to it. I had a question and was helped. Overall, good addition to Ocoee area!

Went today at 9:40pm and ordered two drinks from the machine. I have gotten these many times before so I know how they should be made. I watched her make both of them and one was incorrectly made. After asking the girl making them did you put caramel in it? She stated I made it according to the ticket after I watched her make it wrong. She appeared to have an attitude the entire time while working I then asked her to remake it. She snatched it from the counter, tossed it in the garbage and clearly had an attitude the entire time while remaking it and put the new one on the counter and turned away like I did something wrong. Instead of giving an attitude the entire time she could’ve stated let me double check your order and took accountability for the mistake and remade it with a smile to provide the guests with a good experience at your work establishment. This could’ve been handled so much better but she chose to make me feel like I did something wrong when asking if she put an ingredient in the drink, rather than trying to rectify the situation. This is a consistent pattern with certain employees on the late night, crew.

We should not be standing and looking at people doing nothing while we are waiting 10 minutes for food. I understand they just opened but these people act like they have no orders and are 10 orders behind because they are moving too slow. I have been to the Wawa twice and even with 4 people on the food side things are not getting out. I have worked in fast food and if the workers cannot work at a fast rate and get food out they should consider another job.
