Well. That sucked. The food was overcooked, over priced and underwhelming. My husband’s crab was so overcooked it was black. They said that’s the normal coloring but we’ve never had crab that black. My daughter also spilled her water and when we said “hey sorry we spilled a drink” the looked at us and did nothing. Like bring me a towel or something to get it up if you give a child a cup with no lid. When we said hey we didn’t even eat the black crab I don’t feel I should pay for it they said oh well. $137 on food we couldn’t eat.

Came for a birthday dinner. The hush puppies were a standout—crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside. My friend had the shrimp boil, and it was loaded with juicy shrimp, corn, potatoes, and sausage—all cooked to perfection. The service was attentive, and our server was happy to make recommendations. Overall, it’s a great spot! Highly recommend the Monday specials here!

This is my 2nd time eating from this location in Summerville. The first time was dine in and the food was good but the condiments were off brand and disgusting. This time was a Togo order with calamari and a crab boil bag. The calamari was great the boil bag, no good at all. There was hardly any juice in the bag and that’s one of the best parts. Would I recommend you ordering a tan bag from here, absolutely not! I will not be ordering from this location anymore. Ever.

I ordered lobster and corn-on-the-cob online. It was delivered by Uber Eats. All the food came together in a plastic bag. No plastic or styroform dish or container. Everything dumped together – fish, corn, potatoe and juices – in the bottom of a plastic bag tied in a knot! The worst presentation I’ve ever seen or tried to eat.

I had catfish po boy sandwich. It was excellent. Perfect amount if crunch. The fries were crispy too and plentiful. I will return and try more on the menu. They have a build your own seafood boil. What a great idea. That’s next.

My best friend and I needed a day trip away from our normal busy and hectic schedules, we decided to take a quick trip to Summerville,SC which led us to stop by Carolina Crab for lunch! The experience was a very delightful one. We were greeted at the door with great enthusiasm as we were seated. The establishment was very clean and inviting. Our waiter did an amazing job. He was delighted to serve us and answered all questions we had with ease. His personality made us feel welcomed and he paid great attention to details as we placed our orders. I will most definitely be making another trip there again when I am in town and I recommend the establishment when you are in Summerville SC area!

Bland!!!!!!. I ordered the low country boil. Im a regular seafood eater. Shrimp were indeed jumbo but mushy giving the (old) un-refrigerated texture. The whole entire bag was bland. Barely any seasoning. Like they scared to sprinkle obay, lemon pepper etc in the bag.I was highly disappointed. Not for me. I couldn’t enjoy or finish the bag. Great customer service tho.
