Dragonfly Bagel is my favorite bagel spot in South Lake Tahoe. The bagel sandwiches are really good – I always get the cheez-it on a jalapeño cheddar bagel and it’s delicious. Pro tip: you can order any sandwich open-faced if you want. They also have mimosa’s and beer if you’re looking to make it a leisurely morning. The staff are really friendly and the place has a cozy vibe that makes it worth stopping by whether you’re a local or just visiting. Can get busy on weekend mornings but it’s worth the wait.

We came here for our breakfast and it was almost empty.
We ordered the following:
1 × BREAKFAST BAGEL Sesame

1 X ULTIMATE Plain
2 x Brewed Coffee 12 oz- DARK
Total + Tips: $40.04
We thought the place was cozy and spacious. The coffee served was freshly brewed and in generous portions, full cup each. We’re very pleased not only with the strong aroma but the strength of the coffee flavour.
Our bagels: both tasted good, came warm and fresh with great fillings. I wished that they had an Egg Bagel option to choose and somehow the density and how the bagels were made pretty different to our liking.
Other than that, we’re satisfied. Decent waiting time and the staff’s attentiveness.

I’ve been here a handful of times over the years and I’m always impressed. The bagel sandwiches are absolutely unreal! My favorite is the greenie. I was also happy they offer mimosas at a very reasonable price. If you are looking for the best bagels in South Lake Tahoe then this should be on your list.

Great place to stop and grab to go or stay in. Food was delicious and fast. The service was great and very friendly. Off the main road but easy to find and worth it. Got the breakfast bagel. Simple and delicious.

Easily one of the best bagels I’ve had. The bagels are super fresh and the texture is doughy and delicious. Great selection of different toppings. Their cold brew was good. If they got an espresso machine and also offered a variety of coffee drinks along with their bagels it would make the place even better. We went twice back to back while on our trip to Heavenly. The guy who took our order the first time in the afternoon was a lot friendlier than the 7am crew the next morning but we were just happy to have another bagel bfast 🙂

Amazing bagels here with very fast service. The lox of love bagels are a must especially on the jalapeño cheddar. Had a real chill ambiance with soft jazz style music. Well lit with natural lighting and great beers to top it all off! We’ll definitely be coming back.

Hi we are visiting from from Monterey, CA. We ordered online using the website and picked it up in store.
The store was very welcoming and homey. We were greeted immediately by the nice man behind the counter.
On this visit we got the breakfast bagel with egg, cheese and cream cheese, and the lox of love. We requested the lox of love with no onions, it still came on it but we didn’t mind. Both sandwiches were delicious and we have no complaints.
The breakfast bagel was yummy and we will definitely come back here because the bagels were very tasty. There been to some bagel shops around that the bagels are very bland but Dragonfly Bagel Co bagels were spot on! Props to the baker who makes them.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL!!! Sad we found this on one of our last mornings in Tahoe because I would spend money here every morning for a bagel this good. So fresh. We got an everything, garlic parm, and jalapeño cheddar as sandwiches. 10/10
