Great pizza. Awful delivery. I didn’t spend over $15 in delivery and tips to have the driver call me from his car to come and collect my own pizza! He made no attempt to find my address, just pulled in to the parking lot and called. LAZY!!

I ordered take out and placed the order extra cheese light on the sauce. I arrive and to my surprise asked for a tip!? For what? I order all the time at Perkasie chain never once had a prompt for it. But I was embarrassed to decline so gave the lowest tip to come home to light on the cheese heavy on the sauce. Never again. I’ll stick to Perkasie. It’s clearly more accommodating and great service food and vibes. Normally don’t post negative reviews and honestly felt to keep my mouth shut about it but I’m worried others will get the same raw deal too. You don’t have to tip if you’re taking out

Terrible service, I ordered 6 large pizzas for carry out and when I arrive I asked for plates, the manager reluctantly gave me no more than 10 plates and when I asked for more (as we were planning on serving 20 people) he was even more reluctant, giving me 2 more at a time and with me keeping on asking for more. How much can one plate be and is it wrong to get 20 plates with 6 large pizzas??

I called at 5:09 on a Friday night for a 6:30 delivery for a birthday party. I called Souderton location first (closer to me) special was $10.99 but was told I had to call Hatfield location their special was $12.99 FOR THE SAME THING! 4 miles apart..if that! I called again at 6:50 and was told the driver was leaving in 5 minutes and we would be his first stop. I called again at 7:25, my driver showed up at 7:30. I had 15 people waiting for dinner. I ordered 4 pizza’s and 2 cheesy bread. The pizza was very dry and over cooked. You need to pay extra for marinara sauce for the cheesy bread! I paid $100 including tip and I still had 2 pizza’s left over because it was so bad! Good thing I made some delicious desserts! Never will I waste my money again! Bad experience from call to delivery!!!

Delivery dude just told me they don’t carry change for $50’s… my order was $27 something and I asked for $15 in change. Being a bartender/server for 15 years I thought that was a good tip. Apparently not. Said he only had $10 on him. SCAM! Next time I’ll pay with my card and he can pay the taxes too.

This was a good Domino’s location. I ordered online via the Domino’s mobile app, and picked it up in the store. The store was clean inside and the worker was very nice and friendly. There was a fifty percent off pizza coupon, so I purchased a small loaded extravaganZZa pizza, and it was pretty good. For chain store pizza, this is probably as good as it gets, but compared to pizza from local Italian stores, it wasn’t as good.

First time at a Domino’s. I tried it because of the “Emergency Pizza” which I thought was a clever idea. Service was good, store was clean, so 5 stars for those two things. I got a thin crust “pizza”. Reminded me of Nacho chips with pizza sauce. Also got the bone in “Wings”. They were small. Disturbingly small. They were under Chicken on the menu but they were Pigeon wing size, maybe even Robin wing. It’s going to be a true emergency if I go back to get a free pizza. Like living in a box behind Walmart for a year and I can’t find any food in the McDonalds garbage can type of emergency.

I only gave one star because I can’t give zero. Ordered food and over an hour later is arrived cold. When I called the store was told by an employee that it’s cold out and that’s why your food is cold. I spoke to a manger who said they would make a new order and get it out to me. An hour later, still no food. I called the store and was informed that is was never made, I asked to speak to a manager and for a refund. The store associate hung up on me.

I am very disappointed with their service. I have spoke to the manager and he was extremely unproffesional and very rude. I ordered 2 pizzas and they got both of my orders wrong. I tried to call to ask them if they could fix my order and they just yelled and showed attitude.
