Our dough is fermented for 3 days, we use Grande mozzarella, and the freshest local produce we can get! Our crust is chrispy crunchy with a nice airy crust. Baked Pizza just started their small business and it’s fantastic! The pizza is New York style if that’s what you’re looking for. It’s tasty and simple. Not too floppy and a great crisp. Just right. Give them a try if you want something different in the Fort Worth area. They also do cool desserts! It’s a pop up shop, so no brick and mortar at the moment.

Pizza was hot and fresh, Ordered the pepperoni pizza and it was delicious! Garlic butter crust, perfect crisp and amount of pepperoni on the pizza drizzled with hot honey, very tasty! The staff is also very friendly and accommodating. Definitely a must try.

We came in opening day and we got one of everything they had that day. Yum!! The Apple pizza was delicious and nothing like cici’s Apple pizza it was way different.. the dough was hand made and the apples weren’t too sweet.. the granola toppings gave it a nice crunch. All the pizza’s were amazing and I love supporting local businesses!!

This pizza is so good. The garlic butter they brush over the crust takes this to the next level. This is probably the best pizza I have ever had. The hot honey drizzled over the pepperoni is amazing.
