The manager in that was handling the front was rude she charge me for my food that was placed on the phone and I asked if my order was ready she told me it was not I waited 30min extra to get my order that was place 30 min before so in total it was a hr. I told her my order was place a while and why it was taking long she then looked and grab a bag that was already siting there and gave me attitude I told her the my food was already cold and told me it was not with attitude. A person that is rude should not be working in the front yet along be a manager if you dont like your job they why work there you know what you get in to when you apply for a job. I give this place a 0 if I could.

This the local Wing stop co workers and I go to but we usually order our wings online & pick them up. They always come out good and on time when we go pick them up and never had a complaint with the wings. The staff is always helpful & always quick to help us when we walk in.

Usually my food is perfectly fine but this time my fries were not!!! As u can see in the picture I put, my fries are not it! Who would want to eat these kind of fries!!! I could’ve waited a bit more longer for good quality fries not these leftover small burnt fries!!! The people who work there need to do better because I’m sure they wouldn’t want to get served these nasty burnt fries. Do better Wing Stop Employees!! I need my refund!!!

I ordered a 8 piece and received a 6. Tried to call multiple times and received no answer. To top it all off the quality of the wings were terrible. I also tried to use there website to get in contact with someone that doesn’t work either. Save your money eat somewhere else.

I was literally waiting for 10 minutes in the front for someone to take my order and no one ever came. Then as soon as start walking out they say a smart comment in spanish. Then they take an older ladies order that was behind me right away. So I walk back in and informed them I was waiting for a long time. And she acted like she didn’t understand me. Worst customer service. Miserable people. If you don’t like your job, find another one. The ladies in this picture and the man are so rude.

Place actually use to be decent but has steeply dropped in quality over the past year or so. Chicken is mostly overcooked and dry, and sizes of some of the wings are laughable. I mean look at these “boneless wings” compared to a regular drum! Definitely not worth a dollar for each of those “wings.” Go literally anywhere else and you’ll probably find better experience and quality.

I swear I keep giving this place chance after chance and it gets worse every time. I have been sitting here for almost an hour waiting on my order and still nothing it’s to the point where I’ve had it with this place I will never come back to this location it’s just full of lazy workers who don’t bother to clean the place up. As I am writing this review I finally get my order and to put icing on the cake my order is wrong it should have large Fry’s and blue cheese dressing. Who am I kidding if I tell them my order is wrong I’ll probably be here for another hour. I was supposed to get Large fries and large corn this doesn’t look like large to me.

Visited today 8/22/20. I order a 15 piece. 8 Hawaiian and 7 plain with an extra ranch. I pick up the order check to make sure the wings are all there and the ranch. All good. Head home to eat with my daughter and one of the ranch containers is half empty. I head back and tell them . Wow. She gives me an extra ranch but now I’ve had my wings for 30 minutes and they are cold. Excellent service.
