Food was ok. It used to be amazing. Change in management 3 times in the last year has service and food quality going down. They will no longer allow you to order over the phone. It takes 30 minutes or longer to get the food so if you are on lunch break from work choose another place. District manager was in today with a tattoo on his forehead. I get its fast food but put a hat on to cover it up at least. Rude customer service today as well.

My kids & I drove from enterprise today for some good old’ American Deli .. we got 3 different plates two 6piece wings one honey and one mild both with fries the third plate was supposed to be a 10 piece hot with Lemmon pepper sprinkles I get the food head back to Enterprise and I quickly turned my car around because the 10 piece hot lemon pepper was like a honey sauce on it, I go back and ask it to be remade the associate Edward at the window refused and said that “I didn’t listen” he then proceeded to say he would NOT refund my money or remake my food after I spent almost $40 at this establishment, he also closed the window on me several times stating that he was calling his lawyer! Which is ridiculous! My kids and I love American Deli but today Edward displayed POOR customer service as a manager myself It’s always my pleasure to make sure the CUSTOMER is happy! Edwards your behavior today was truly unacceptable on a customer service level and I hope your upper management reviews the tape of the drive through today and show the way you executed yourself so so unprofessionally today and hold you to the highest level of accountability
And another thing I asked before I was told to park to make sure we had sauces, we get the order and there was only one ranch in the bag! Luckily my 7 year old said she’d wait to get some at home! So again Edward do better especially if you’re in the wrong!

Don’t recommend next time I’ll be going to Ozark or eufaula they wouldn’t start my order over the phone without pay first . Then once I get there the white girl up charge me for everything charging a totally different price than what I was given over the phone for the same exact order. Very inconvenient to be given two different prices also to have to wait for my food to be prepared when I tried ordering ahead of time!!!!!

My order was missing items at my last visit. I spoke with the manager who reassured he would correct the order. On the day I came in I was greeted with a smile by the cashier and manager. He stood by his promise. The cashier told me about a cheesecake that is sooooo GOOD. I sat to eat and the dining area was clean and comfortable. HOT! FRESH! DELICIOUS!

The Manager was very nice, her name was Chantelle! She had such welcoming energy! The Medium Hot Wings were delicious, with just the right amount of heat, crispiness, zing, and zang! The Philly Cheesesteak is so tender it literally melts in your mouth! The Okra is just like your Momma made it! And the Cheesecake is one of the best around, hands down! Sorry I didn’t have any cheesecake left to take a photo!!

Order the beef Philly cheese and wings combo, my steak was old and tough, wings wasn’t the flavor I ordered, my hot wings was put in the same container as my Philly cheese sandwich and I had sauce from chicken wings on my Philly cheese sandwich and made me sick, took food back and was given the run around, and have to go through Door dash to get the matter taken care of. American Deli , I called the store and was told to bring it back and the problem would be taken care of but it wasn’t, the lady had an attitude and was nasty that’s why I took a picture of the health department score sheet

Overall my experience was good. I had to park while my food was being made but that’s ok. The fries did not have salt and my burger had cheese when I said no cheese but it was fine. I would go back again.

I literally ordered a 10 piece hot, paid for lemon pepper wet, paid for all flats, and my lemonade was supposed to be no ice. I received 5 hot, 5 lemon pepper wet. 7 drums, 3 flats. A lemonade full of ice. No one cared enough to double check to make sure the order was correct. Never again!
