I used to go here 1-2 times daily. I’m also a great tipper as I appreciate good service.
A week or so back a barista felt the need to shout at me that my drink (ordered with two extra shots) already came with two shots. I call them extras because I want more than the standard. If it came with 65 shots I wanted 67.

Never going back. I really like Bigby’s bagels so sometimes I stop for one after the gym and on my way to work. Every time I have stopped, it has taken an obscenely long time to get through the drive through line even though there are only 3-4 cars each time. I have known this (since it happens every time), and just plan on it taking a stupid long time when I go here. Today was the last straw. I was in this drive through line for almost 20 minutes and then when I FINALLY got my toasted bagel it was ice cold and the butter they gave me was frozen so yeah, gross cold bagel that I waited 20 minutes for for breakfast. I will go literally anywhere else on Sprinkle Road from now on.

Go to another location if you want coffee, or better yet, go to Starbucks on Gull! The baristas at this location never actually stir in the syrups for iced coffee. When they do, there’s so many burnt espresso grounds in the coffee that it’s basically not drinkable. And this morning they handed me a drink with a lid that was too large for the cup, which I didn’t know until my car and I were wearing the coffee! The baristas need more training, and management needs to pay closer attention.

I don’t usually ever have anything negative to say as this is/ was my go to spot. Never have I ever had someone not give me the bogo for Wednesday. They’ve always did it themselves. They’ve never told me I had to ask. Or I myself would’ve never purchased 2 drinks for $20 with a tip. I was excited. But will definitely be finding a different spot after this. Money is not easy in this economy. And I always tipped good to you guys. When asked about it I was given attitude as well!

I come here every Sunday for their Sunday bogo with my cat and get amazing service and drinks all the time! I can only think of one time my matcha wasn’t good. The people are incredibly friendly to me and my kitty ❤️

Got in and right to the counter, everything was going great.
Was on a bit of a time crunch but no big deal. After watching 2 people that came after me get their food before me I had asked for a refund, which the girl working flat said “no”. I asked for a manager she said “no”. While trying to figure out why I wasn’t allowed a refund (she claimed to be the assistant manager) another girl literally threw my sandwich at my friend. Best part, the sandwich wasn’t even correct.
The girls at this biggy have the absolute worst customer service skills. Don’t go here unless you plan to be assaulted.
Called customer service, hopefully there’s some form of something done. You can’t throw food at customers just because they want a refund because they don’t have time to wait while everyone chit chats.

Come in and order 3 coffees and order one 16 oz, one 20 oz and one 24 oz and they don’t ring my order up correctly so I don’t get my 24oz and when I question it they just say well it says 2 20 oz not a 24 oz. So the person taking orders screws up and you cant fix it. This is why I don’t usually come to this location and won’t come back again. Any other location would be like I’m sorry I will fix it. I wont be back to this location. But at least they got there tip on 3 coffees of a dollar a cup.

BIGGBY is one of those hit or miss types of coffee places. Most of there stuff is delicious. I always get a latte and usually switch up the kind every time, however it’s the lattes are hit or miss. Either it’s booming with flavor or none at all. Today I got the red velvet latte which has become one of my favorite ones. I will always use BIGGBY for the amazing service and it’s worth it for those times they are spot on

My husband and I stopped in for lunch because of the power outage, and we weren’t quite sure what to order. The friendly staff member with platinum blonde hair and a dark beard suggested we try their $7 deal. I went with the iced coffee and a ham and cheese toasted bagel, and it was absolutely wonderful. The service was fantastic— even as they were closing their shift, a team member took the time to say goodbye and wish us a nice day. Everyone else was really nice too, and I even saw them cleaning tables off. Such a pleasant experience!
