Thank goodness we found some legit tacos in the Olympia area!! After relocating here from cities with amazing Mexican options, we’ve been on the hunt. The birria tacos from Mi Pueblo were really solid. Good portions, good sauces, excellent consommé, and really friendly folks.

Food was super good, only wish the salsa/sauce was spicy. Asked for the spicy one and there was almost no heat to it lol, but the flavor was still really good regardless! Some of the best street tacos I’ve had, and I’m from Texas so the bar is pretty high haha

Growing up with Grandma’s authentic central Mexican cooking, I have to say this place is decent. It get the craving of street tacos met. Not the best tacos I’ve had, but better than what I’ve had so far in Washington State. Meat has some flavor and is crispy. Not greasy. Condiments are fresh (onion, lime, cilantro). Salsa has a mild kick and adds to the taco but could be more flavorful. Meat to tortilla ratio is very good.

Ordered tacos for a huge group of people and they were delicious! They were so gracious and kind even when I arrived 10 minutes past closing to pick up the food. Not only is the food delicious, but the people who work there have amazing customer service. Will absolutely be going again!

Club Soccer tournament over the weekend – Chicken Burrito and Veggie Burrito – Hot, Fresh real authentic Mexican food, one of the best food trucks on the westside. Out of the three truck at the event this one was packed all day, every order scratch made.
