Tried this place for the first time. Ordered burgers and first thing told there was no lettuce and asked if that was ok? I told them that was fine. Waited quite awhile for the burgers. Got the burgers and headed home. Opened the burgers and was disappointed with the size and the lack of sauce on the burgers. Pictures show the story. Burgers so thin, there are two but still not much meat.

I’ve come to realize Sunday mornings are the absolute worst time to come here. I’ve received abysmal service twice now. 2-22-26. They do not answer the outside drivethru lane at the same pace they the inside lane. They hadn’t 4 cars while I was placed on hold. We spent 30 minutes waiting in line. My wife went inside only to be ignore in the lobby by the workers who only had two orders on the screens. My wife was able to order inside while they continued to ignore us and service other cars. She advised could hear when I said hello from inside the restaurant so they were making the choice to ignore us.
The week prior, we received burnt meat and bread bread on our sandwiches but let it go since it also took 15+ mins.
The only reason I gave this place another shot is because my wife enjoys it. This will be my last time though. Service and food has spoken for itself numerous times now. I’ll go to warner robins or Monticello moving forward. This location has fallen far.

Although I have not yet dined in or been inside the restaurant to rate the atmosphere yet. I love that every time we have stopped to get food, it’s always hot and fresh and delicious the drive thru staff is always smiling and very friendly. This is now our restaurant choice every time we come through Gray, ga.

I love this fast food place, it’s got a good variety. I love the food. I haven’t been able to figure out what ingredients or spices (on all the chicken) are setting off my allergies, but that might just be my problem. The eggs at breakfast and the green beans at lunch are my favorites. Be careful if you get food delivered, whoever packs the orders often misses key items you paid for, or messes up an order like syrup for pancakes…or biscuits for biscuits and gravy. That’s a huge fail. Again… the food is amazing.

We have been here multiple times, and everytime something has been messed up. We ordered the family chicken finger meal, waited 20 minutes, which is fine, only to get home and the biscuits were hard and inedible, and half the tenders were fresh and half were very old and dry. Consistency is non existent. Will not be spending anymore money here.

This place sucks. We just got food through the drive thru and the was pretty much inedible. My husband had to wait almost 15 minutes, and then it came out cold. Food was cooked in cold grease or something and it was sooo greasy. The chicken tenders were like they had been sitting out all day and then recooked. They were so tough you couldn’t even chew them. Fries were greasy. Biscuit was greasy and hard and burnt. Do not waste your money or time going here.

Specifically the location in Gray, GA. I go here very often with my Fiance and I lately have been grabbing the Holiday Meal Deal and adding a large Coke with it. it’s been my go-to meal. I hate that I didn’t know about Jack’s sooner I’m honestly disappointed in myself because I could have been eating so good for many more years. let me tell you the meal deal is where it’s at ! Every item is DELICIOUS! They give you chicken nuggets that taste so incredibly fresh and the batter that they use on them does not make them too thick or too thin. In fact it has this amazing crunch to it and it tastes so juicy! Also the burger is so simple yet so tasty, they have onions on it which normally I don’t like onions but for this burger I make an exception the onions only enhances the flavor. Each bite is an experience. And I’ve saved the best for last! You think that at most places fries are just there and not the star of the show, but LET ME TELL YOU! They have the MOST delicious and buttery seasoned fries ! These are the best dang fries I have ever had! And I love to use their ranch sauce. It tastes homemade. I don’t know if they do make it in house but it is delicious I order 2 extra ranch sauces every time because it’s just that dang good! And when I tell you I don’t just use the ranch with my nuggets but I eat it with my fries and my burger! Also the soda is so pure and fresh I don’t know if other fast food places thin it out or what but the coke here is hard to beat. I Love coming here so much so that ain’t literally crave it. And no I’m not pregnant it’s just that good! 10 out of 10 ! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

We ordered the chicken dinner and the chicken was so hard from being overcooked that we had to throw it out. I contacted them earlier with no response. Also this past Sunday I ordered gravy biscuits and we had very little gravy. Seems like it gets worse and worse. It does no good to complain either.

I have had the chicken it is good sides are good, but today went for the catfish which was a joke as the show what looks like 3 good pieces of catfish and all it is, is 3 very little nuggets of catfish, and the order was wrong asked for Cole slaw and fries got fries and mashed potatoes and biscuit. Will not order this again.
