Terrible service young lady said why order if you didn’t like it. I didn’t say mess up the order!? Took a long time to get food , fries soggy. Young lady also stated she’s just there to receive a check. After I said I see why you guys are 3 star rating. Restaurant dusty and dirty. O yea and no refunds if you aren’t pleased.

Rude customer service that’s why they got that drive thru window locked with a bar. The speaker been broke for decades so you already have to wait in line to order at the window, wait for them to take your order there then wait for them to fix the order. I would recommend going to the snappers located on 27th avenue instead.

They got my order wrong, was on my lunch break asked for A Refund, was told they didn’t give Refunds, my lunch break was over, they decided to give me a double order of regular Shrimp, when I ordered Jumbo Shrimp, the Cook didn’t even speak English & the Cashier couldn’t even Communicate with him Properly, Won’t Ever go back to this Snappers Again. -000 , Worst Service I ever Received . The food is horrible here! Go a few minutes away on 441 to Fish and Hooks. Trust me you want be disappointed. They mess up your order and dont guve refunds. Run dont walk away from here. This isnt my first time here. I used to love this spot. Never again!

This was my first time going to Snappers. The reviews were shaky but almost everyone I know goes here and I’ve seen their food LOOK good. I took a chance and tried it. I ordered tenders and they were more like chicken wings with the bones pulled out. Very chunky. The breading was very chewy and gummy. The fries were not cooked throughly, even tho I asked for well done fries. They were loaded with grease. They could have been drained. The best thing I had were the mozzarella sticks. To my surprise, the large came with fries too. They put lemon pepper powder on EVERYTHING which is weird to me bc why would you assume everyone likes that? Or at least mention somewhere that it’s gonna be on every single thing you order.
Anyway, the lady who took my order was really nice and friendly. She was very pleasant. I know she’s not the cook so I won’t fault her for the food. I won’t be coming back here again.

This is one of the worst dirtiest no energy type of restaurant. This is located on 1/83 and 7th Ave., Plaza. The snappers is the dirtiest on Queen on Humana ties and the people there has bad attitude no sense of urgency no welcoming, they have you standing in the line for a long time without even serving you or saying hello, this needs to be checked by dirty diner, and the city needs to come out and ordain to shut this restaurant down for major upgrade, cleaning Ness and better staff. I did not eat there. I did a pick up for delivery. I would never eat at this place until they make major update.
