We stopped in at Megan’s Breakfast Nook while passing through Buffalo. The food was freshly cooked and came out hot, and our waitress worked hard and was attentive throughout our visit, which we appreciated.
One thing to be aware of (that I wasn’t expecting) is that they do allow smoking in a separate section toward the back. Even though it’s separated, you can still smell it in the front dining area. If that’s something that bothers you, you may want to check before being seated. I didn’t realize until we were already settled in.
Overall, the food was about what you’d expect from a small-town breakfast spot—simple, classic options made to order.

We typically won’t go here because of the smoking. We had an awful experience at chubby’s chicken and chose to give it a shot.
Server was very attentive and kind, got our order taken almost immediately after sitting down and they were much busier then chubby’s. Got our food maybe 10 minutes after. Great portion sizes for the price.
Besides the smoking which im sure smokers enjoy. Pretty great service!

The waitress Deanna is hands down one of the best waitresses I’ve ever met. Kind, compassionate, and goes above and beyond.
The food was amazing, but the service is the prominent feature to entice me to come back. I cannot sing this woman’s praise enough, considering she legitimately served a plastic dinosaur we had. Thank you for making a simple stop into an unforgettable experience

I had never been here before, but needed a place to meet some visiting friends for breakfast. This was halfway for all of us. The service was extremely friendly and the food was fantastic! The portions were big! The atmosphere was perfect! If you’re looking for a good, down-home type of diner breakfast, you would be hard pressed to find anything better than Megan’s Breakfast Nook!

Food was good, service was pretty good as well. The tables are not big enough for the amount of people they seat. The table I was at was a booth that could seat 4 if the width was about 6 inches wider and about the same longer. With everyone having coffee, water and a juice there wasn’t enough room to me comfortable eating. It was almost like we couldn’t move without bumping elbows while eating.

The food was good. We had a big group and no notice. The biscuits and gravy come out cold and I definitely wanted more coffee. The coffee is incredible. Everything else was good and hot! Even half serving sizes give a large quantity.

Had breakfast at this local family owned restaurant and it was delicious. I had the Breakfast Supreme which came with two eggs, two sausage patties, two pieces of bacon, potatoes and two huge pancakes. My husband had the Farmers breakfast and our son had the breakfast burrito. All of it was very good. The service was great and our waitress was super friendly! Prices were reasonable. Would highly recommend stopping in if you are in the area.

This place seemed good on food and service. But they have a “smoking section” which is separated from the rest by a half-height wall. We were seated and been had to leave because we had a baby with us and the smoke was very strong.

The service was okay. They were busy but we sat ourselves and sat there a good 20 minutes before someone came and took our order. Like I said they was busy. I had eggs Benedict and my wife had the senior egg and toast . She did say that the sausage was good she asked for her hashbrowns to be extra crispy. They do not come out that way. It looked like they just tossed them twice. I had an egg Benedict. It was different from any other place. I don’t think it was very good at all I had home potatoes and they came out like they were just tossed twice. No crispy us to them at all. I’ve been here a few times and it’s just OK but is the only restaurant that we have in town that serves breakfast. I really want this home cooking to be good. I just hope they improve.
