The atmosphere along with the service was great. I just think we had a cook who did not know what they were doing. We ordered well done and they brought us out a burger that was very greasy, and it still had red in the inside of it.. The fries were very salty….

TVs everywhere. Great place to watch a game, or American snooker (pool). Get there early and order if youre going for a game. Its quieter than the downtown location. Attached pic shows the whole place. Very clean, good food.

The food was pretty good overall. I have no complaints. The burger was cooked to perfection and was a pretty decent size. I couldn’t finish it all. The fries on the other hand had a different flavor. Maybe they use a different potato. This is a decent place to hit up if you need a quick bite.

This was my first time at Griff’s Restaurant & Sports Lounge. Casual eating spot. You seat yourself. There are pool tables to the right when you come in, a bar straight ahead, a few tables and a few booths on the left of entry. Our server Nicole greeted us promptly and it didn’t take me long to decide on one of the Friday night specials. Great prices. I ordered the fried flounder and shrimp basket with fries. My friend ordered the flounder dinner with two sides (green beans & California mix veggies). The vegetables were seasoned very well and the fries were fresh cut. The flounder was delicious… lightly breaded, moist inside and crispy on the outside. The shrimp was also lightly breaded and crispy. The first thing I noticed was the fried food was not greasy at all. I’ll return to try other menu items.

Ordered 20pc wing, (got lemon pepper & Buffalo)and a order of hand cut fries. I was disappointed in the fries and didn’t eat them. I expected the Buffalo wings to more wet with a sauce. I did taste the wings but didn’t want them but they did not go to waste my boys liked them. I just don’t like breaded wings and they weren’t heavily breaded but they weren’t naked to me. That was my only issue but like I said my boys loved them. I ordered through door dash and put in special instructions and they accommodated everything. Over all I would order from here again and try other items.

Have visited here twice so far, and think we found a nice little “neighborhood” bar. We like to go for Sunday football, as they have the NFL ticket. Bartenders are nice, and food is good. Only downfall is only I person working the bar and dining area, so service was a little slow. Other than that had a good time and nice Atmosphere.

Order a pick-up through Door Dash & order was supposed to be ready at 7:55. Had to wait an additional 30 mins because per bartender there were door dash orders that were more important than mine. This the second time I ordered, got the notification my order was ready and had to wait 10+. Never again, I spent $47 for disappointment at least the food was good, thanks cook.

Went Saturday night 12/2/23 while visiting with my friend. She suggested going to get their blackened chicken nachos. Whoever was working the bar that night, was great. She was very personable and treated us very well. Looking forward to going back and trying their volcano shrimp.
There were two girls at the bar and their drink caught my attention. It’s a Jamaican shot type of drink with vodka, grenadine and something else. They said it’s a pretty great drink.
They have a handful of TV’s up on the walls, nice clientele. It was comfortable enough that instead of getting our order to go, I actually wanted to stay. Music was tolerable and not loud like some bars.

Stopped in for lunch, and it was great. We got the BLT & blackened chicken sandwich with fries. The fries are so good! They’re the kind with a little skin on that we used to get at Waterside in the cup w/ vinegar. Yum! It’s a bar, and often bars smell like bars IYKYK. Griff’s does NOT smell like a bar and doesn’t smell like bleach or cleaning solution. It was so clean though. Highly recommend.
