I absolutely freaken love this place! I have had a couple of their dishes even though I’ve been enjoying their food for years…..orange chicken, sweet and sour chicken…to which I ordered tonight with almond cookies to go. The 2 chicken dishes are my usuals. My roommate loves their beef mixed vegetables meal. Their spring rolls, egg rolls, and crab rangoons are magnificent. This place is definitely worth a try if you want fantastic, award winning Chinese cuisine. The only gripe I have is they no longer sell Ramune to my knowledge. Still, I’d give 10 stars if possible. I love ya’ll. God bless yall and your families. I’ll be ordering again real soon

This is my second time ordering the same items. House lo mein is good but the house fried rice is not. Dry with no flavor. Vegetables felt like they were frozen and not cooked all the way. My thoughts are… if you can’t cook fried rice…. then there are way better places around.

I like to always start out with the positives. We dined in and it was clean. Crab Rangoon was DELISH! The food was delivered to our table promptly.
Fried rice was not good. Taste exactly like Uncle Ben’s 90min microwave rice. Salt & Pepper Shrimp taste freezer burned. Szechuan beef wasn’t terrible but wasn’t spicy at all! The boneless ribs were NOT what we expected. We’ve had them a lot of other places and NEVER were they like shredded dry bits of pork. Not only was the food terrible but the PRICE $56 for this! We could not believe it and we thought EVERYTHING but the crab Rangoon was TERRIBLE. The service… we swore the woman behind the counter had ear plugs in… she was screaming at her workers she was screaming at the patrons at one point my fiancé said “I don’t think we can stay here and eat, I can’t listen to this”
They brought our food out and he asked for another soda he gave her the money and we needed chopsticks the woman said “come” made me get up, follow her back up to the register so that she could hand me the chopsticks so that she didn’t have to walk the “maybe” 10ft back to our table. UNBELIEVABLE… an experience we will never forget and I will guarantee I WILL NEVER be back! You can get waaay better meal for a waaay better price in Kenosha really anywhere else!

First time here at Chen’s. Who would of thought there’d be award winning Chinese in Kenosha. Food was ready when promised. Small dining in area – as expected for fast casual Chinese in strip mall. Plenty of shared parking. General Tso”s Chicken 10/10. Kung Pao Chicken 11/10. Chicken Lo Mein 10/10, Orange Chicken 10/10. Veg Fried rice with no-broc 10/10. Chicken egg roll, spring roll and pork egg roll 10/10. Everything had lots of fresh veggies and great flavor. Most large entrees about 10-12$. I will definitely be back and looking forward to trying out more menu items.

Typically love this place. I think you’re better off to order right at lunch time or right at supper time anything in the middle of the day I think is possibly subpar. First time I ever ordered the combo special sweet and sour chicken and did not like that at all Not one piece of pineapple pepper nothing just have over breaded overbaked chicken a side of sour sauce.

We have been ordering from here for several years and we have gotten the same good quality, freshness and consistency all along. It doesn’t matter what you order, it is all good.
That last thing you want is a bad Chinese food experience…you won’t get that here.
We recently tried another local “favorite” but it is clear…those people giving this other local restaurant good reviews, has not visited Chens. Although some of the food was fine (at this other establishment), it did not have consistency throughout (like Chens), therefore, the experience was not great.
Stop looking for the best Chinese Restaurant in town and GO TO CHENS. And don’t call your place the best if you have not tried Chen’s menu. You won’t regret it.

We ordered the orange chicken, vegetable lo mein, and sweet and sour pork. Lo mein and orange chicken was great. Sweet and sour pork came with the sauce on the side. I like the taste of the fried pork, but wasn’t a fan of the sweet and sour sauce.
The food was pretty good, and the price was decent so we would definitely go back if we’re craving Chinese food.
