Do not go here if you want your food in the same year that you ordered it. I have been here twice now, and both times my food was given to me way after initially said it would be. Employees also very apathetic to customers/wait time. Was told there was a 10 minute wait and got my order of 20 wings and fries in an hour. Food is also ice cold, microwave will be your best friend if you choose to order take out from here. UPDATE: Also got my order wrong. Nothing new from them this place is a clown show !! Got a 10 piece Honey BBQ and got 5 wings. Great job WEMO! Keep up the good work!

It takes way too long to get your food, by the time I got it everything was cold, the wings were half tossed in the sauce, I prefer to not pick small feathers off of every other wing, and the overall taste just was not good. My fries taste like they were fried way before we even placed the order and my wings have no taste at all other than the sauce that’s barely on them. I’ve had better wings here in Mobile. I don’t see how this place stays as busy as they are dishing out food like this.

I’m going to give Wemos a 1000/10 .. they absolutely exceeding my expectations.. what really got me is the customer service … the staff was very friendly and provided options to try for flavors .. that’s really what it’s about .. having someone greeting you and making everyone feel welcomed not like a bother when their ordering food… i tried the hot honey garlic flavor … and it’s soo good oh and a 5pc meal side and drink for $11 yeah that’s reasonable and not forced to get a 10piece

My husband always orders from here on DoorDash for delivery during football/basketball season for him and his friends & he loves it. I don’t eat here all that often, in fact I think this was my second time ever having it AND most likely my last.
We called to place an order for pick up. The first time we called the phone rang until it went to voicemail, but we got an answer on the second attempt. They told us the order would be ready in 20 minutes.
We got there just before the 20 minute mark and our food wasn’t ready. Which is completely fine. They were busy. We waited for about 50 minutes before my husband was handed our bag of togo food and came back to the car.
He asked me to check the bag to make sure everything was there. As soon as i opened the first container, i knew the food wasnt fresh. There was condensation all in the container and the fried okra were cold and soggy. I mention this to my husband, and he said he wasnt going back in there. (He was cranky..hangry at this point) so I check the rest of the boxes —for accuracy, not quality/temperature— & we drive home (7minutes from the restaurant).
I get home and open my food (buffalo chicken fries) and the whole plate was cold. The fries tasted like they had been fried a long time ago and not even held under a heat lamp. The chicken was soggy, and the queso dip was solidified at the bottom of the container. Clearly the food had not been made fresh.
Waiting longer than anticipated isn’t my complaint. I worked in restaurants for 10 years and understand how a kitchen can get backed up. But never have I worked in a backed up kitchen and sent out old food. Why did we wait for an hour to receive the food if it tasted like it had been made an hour ago?!
Can’t say “we’ll never be back” because men are men and will eat with no complaints. But next time I’ll head down airport to WingStop and get my FRESH hot food after waiting 45 minutes to an hour on a busy night.

I got the medium traditional wings and they were delicious! Get the curly fries as well! They are great! I love how they had many flavors and spice levels to choose from!

My fries were not cooked and my chicken was cold. I got the buffalo chicken fries. My wife got the nachos and they were cold also.. wouldn’t recommend to anyone. And will not be going back…

We’re in Alabama for work and since I had to take my Son to the bus station, we found this place on IG. The food is really good, my buffalo fries weren’t hot, but when I told Rachel she had no problem fixing the issue. Once my food came out it was delicious. The Buffalo fries were very flavorful with a kick. The catfish was seasoned and fried hard. The hot honey garlic wings were DELISH! You can taste all the flavors an they married well. Definitely recommend

I’ve been going there for a very long time and the last couple times was a big disappointment but this time in particular, they forgot my sauce which wasn’t a big deal, but when I went to go back and get it, the young lady at the front was very sweet. However, the guy in the kitchen tried to argue me down, saying that the sauce was in the bag, and it was it. I even offered to bring the box back in so that he can see but before I can get that statement out of my mouth, he decided to throw the sauces w the young lady to give to me. Then I get home to see that my wings are soaked in grease. They used to be a very good reliable place but the quality has drastically went down !!
