My mom wanted baked fish so we decided to try theirs. She said it was really good and was very glad we chose to get the food. My son got a bbq chicken flat bread and said it was really good.

They had only one person working and we ended up grabbing menus of our own from the bar. When she finally came to the table she made some comment about us being in a hurry that we grabbed our own menus. She honestly didn’t seem like she was in any kind of hurry to get to the table. We were the only people that weren’t sitting at the bar. I had sloppy joes sliders and it came with a big side of fries that were fresh cut. It was excellent other than the fries were a bit salty.

Pretty cool place. It would be a great place to watch some sports. TV’s are everywhere in here. It’s has a great sports bar feel. I thought the food was really good and reasonably priced.

This is advertised as Wheelchair accessible and it is not. We had to carry my sister up several stairs to get her in and out. The ramp is not wide enough when you get to the front door so we had to lift her over from the parking lot and up the stairs. The bathrooms also do not accommodate a wheelchair. Please adjust your advertising. However, one we got her in the atmosphere and service was great.

I’m really disappointed with my recent experience at Shotz Bar & Grille. Part of my order was incorrect. I ordered the loaded chips but received regular chips instead. When I reached out to request a refund for the wrong item, I was told that wasn’t an option. My only choices were to return the food for the correct item or keep the incorrect (and cheaper) item without any refund.
Because of that, I ended up having to send my sister back just to exchange it, all due to a mistake the restaurant made in the first place. This was incredibly inconvenient and reflects poor customer service. It’s a shame, because I truly love their food, but I can’t say the same for the customer service I received this time.

I was told it was really good, so I ordered the bbq bacon burger, well done. The menu doesn’t say if the burger comes with fries, so I ordered a fry, just in case, for an extra $4. I picked up my order, took it 4minutes down the road to work. When I opened my bag, the burger comes with fries, my burger was like a burnt meatball topped with burnt bacon, in the middle of a burnt bun. Fries very soggy. If this is what Austintown has to offer, I say, “you can keep it!”
