Went to get a free cup of coffee as advertised on the Starbucks app for veterans and military service members and spouses on Veteran’s Day. The barista was very rude and basically rushed us through the ordering process. They also tried to tell us the offer was only for veterans but the Starbucks app states for veterans, military service members and military spouses. We tried to show him that the app states it’s for veterans, military service members and spouses but he wouldn’t even be bothered to look at it. We ordered a food item in addition to ordering a free coffee and the barista rushed us to pay (it wasn’t even busy by the way) and then couldn’t even be bothered to say thank you for your service. Gee I guess that’s too much to ask for now in the U.S. This is America…

There are 2 Starbucks within equal distance from where I live, and I will pick this location every time! Drive through is fast, friendly. The real treat is dining in. Ice drinks poured in glasses, service brought to the table, friendly staff who makes you feel like your business is appreciated. I’d like to call out Tony who always has an amazing energy and attitude! Best barista I’ve met since moving from Chicago! Keep up the amazing work!

I ordered a grande pikes peak and a grande spicy strawberry lemonade, when the girl saw it she told the girl who was leaving that she didn’t know how to make it, instead of showing her she tried to explain it to her. When I got it, it was the color of orange juice. I told her it didn’t look right which she ignored. The girl who was leaving was still there so I showed it to her and told her it wasn’t the right color to which she said no they’re always orange looking. I told her that I’ve been ordering them since they came out and this was a different color than all the rest I’ve gotten. When my wife tried it she said it tasted different too. First of all someone should have trained her properly and second if someone has a problem with something you should try to make it right. On top of all that my coffee wasn’t even hot. Not at all happy with this store right now.

I bought a Venti white chocolate peppermint mocha and a dragon fruit refresher with extra pieces. I had less pieces in cup then just buying one without extra so I asked for more and she claimed she had put them. Then open my peppermint mocha to find it half filled. Just disappointing for the price you pay there picture attacked shows lid as we had not drank from it. Basically received a grande in a venti cup.

A tall, blonde gentleman inadvertently handed me the order intended for the car behind me. Despite my repeated attempts to return the extra drinks, the barista insisted that I keep them, assuring me that the following customer would still receive their correct order. I appreciated the unexpected addition to my order and hoped it did not cause any significant delay for the car behind me.
