Definitely wouldve been a 5 star review if we didn’t have to wait over 10 mins for the lady to come back so we could place our order! But the smokehouse spud was absolutely delicious and Sarah the lovely lady with an accent was such a pleasure to meet and ill be back for those two reasons!

Really great experience here. The place was noticeably clean and well kept, which I really appreciated. The staff was nice and the overall vibe was welcoming. Food was solid too. Only small downside was that I couldn’t find a trash bin easily, but that didn’t take away from the experience. Would definitely come back.

I went in today to order a meal, a jalapeño turkey crunch sandwich with a side of steamed broccoli. Instead of steamed broccoli, I was given raw broccoli in a bag with a scoop of butter on top. I was honestly very annoyed, as this is not what I paid for. It felt unprofessional, and because of this experience, I will not be returning and would not recommend this place to others.

The young lady, Cam, who took my order was very respectful, kind, and accommodating.
This was our first time and Cam explained options for what we were wanting thoroughly.
The food was still hot when we got it home. It was delicious as well.
The wait was a bit long, but it was worth the wait and the free cookie Inn the bag was a nice addition.

We have been to McAlister’s many times.
Every single time we come here, everything is always fresh and amazing!
They have amazing sandwiches and so many other items that are just as amazing!
Their iced tea is the best we have had at any restaurant! No joke!
The service is always great! The employees are friendly and helpful!
We will definitely be back!

I visit this location regularly. The food is consistently amazing, but the staff is even more incredible. Every single person on the staff makes you feel very welcome, but then you also have Sarah. Sarah is a giant ray of sunshine on any given day, but today when I walked in, I caught her being extra kind. She was explaining to an older couple that they didn’t need to apologize for anything. That they did nothing wrong and that they can take all the time that they want. She did it with grace and poise. It was genuine. She is an extremely kind human being and makes every time I stop in, feel like visiting an old friend. McAlister’s is always consistent with great food. What is rare in this day and age, is to have an entire staff be so friendly. So kind. The Sarah’s of this world really make it a great place to live.

Ive been trying to get potatos for the family for dinner since Sunday. I walked in today. Spoke to a really nice girl named Kam, Cam?. I let her know Ive been calling since Sunday and the phone just rings w no answer. Even called infront of her, no phone ringing. She apologized and said shed let her boss know. Came in not expecting the best experience. Kam was such a nice person and so friendly. Great Job Kam!! Left with a good experience and great food!

We moved to a new town. We were so glad to find a McAlister’s with in driving distance. The food was excellent as always. The carrot cake is insanely good and the size is sharable. We met Sarah at the counter, who took our order. Sarah’s is such a joy, her personality is infectious and brightened out day and visit.

McAllister’s rolled out the red carpet for us at lunch! The service was impeccable – so thoughtful, kind and helpful. The salad’s were fantastic and no one can beat the tea! Several staff members came by our table to make sure everything was outstanding. It was quite fabulous, the entire lunch experience! We will definitely return very soon! You should go too!

My greeting into the building was fantastic! Jackie was very nice – there was a lot going on but my food hit the spot being fast and Fresh
I even got a Tea refill from the manager
