I was so looking forward to my favorite wings. How tuff is it for uber to push a doorbell when their app for delivery tracking isn’t working? I was just watching tv maybe 25 steps from my front door. After waiting and waiting over 2 hours, I open up my front door to my dinner covered in ants. I was generous with a $12 tip. So disappointing.

We were under the impression we were ordering from an actual wing store, only after paying did we find out it is just chili’s. If we wanted chilies, we would’ve gone there… it is very misleading to not include chili’s somewhere in the name.
“It’s just chili’s” would be a more accurate name. Only after another car finally pulled up did anyone come out to serve/ check on us. Im sure if the other car had not come we would have been left to wait longer. Next time we will just go through chili’s itself as we get better service and more menu options. Honestly it feels like it’s just wings was created to try and trick more people into getting chili’s. The wings were ok, nothing amazing, they are the exact same wings you can order in chili’s and if you are expecting curly fries like shown in the pictures above you will be disappointed.

First time ordered from here. The wings were so dry. They also had no sauce on them making the already dry meat worse. The tiny bit of sauce was terribly bland. We tried the honey chipotle and jalapeno cilantro. Oh and don’t get me started on the floppy, soggy, terrible fries they came with. I absolutely love wings and I did not even want to eat these. We unanimously decided we are never eating here again.

1st time try and let’s just say the Fries were soggy and cold, seem like they were air fried. Chicken wings did not have enough sauce so There was minimum flavor. I would of better off just ordering from Chili’s itself….b/c I never had a bad experience with their chicken. The only flavor that was worth it, is the Garlic Parmesan. (My opinion).

The Chili’s in lake Whales sucked !! We ordered on line food said it was ready at 5:05 . We git there checked in and paid for the order. No one came out We waited and waited finally at 5:30 we went in to get our order. No said anything!! We will not be ordering g from lake whales again ever. We could see in the window were the grill and pick up was and they were just dancing around!! There customer service sucks!!!

Beyond Excellent! There was a small mistake with my order, but it was quickly taken care of. The lady I spoke to (I did not catch her name) was incredibly helpful, she ended up referring me to John, the manager. He took great care in getting the situation handled and more. Such wonderful people and excellent service! I’ll be back for sure! 🙂

Did not like the wings at all. They were so big and chewy and barely had sauce on them. The fries were so cold and they literally didn’t even fill my little cup of ranch up it was like a cap full of ranch. And my drink had no ice in it. I could not eat it. Waste of money.
