This is my go to location for my matcha fix. The staff here are very friendly and they greet you as soon as you enter. Although sometimes there can be a bit of a wait (even if you order ahead), there is consistency in how the drinks are made and the service is excellent.
Seating is limited but since it’s on Las Olas that’s understandable. Overall this location is a solid choice for your favorite Starbucks treat.

Neighborhood venue where locals frequent. In the middle of downtown Fort Lauderdale at the top of Las Olas. No drive thru, but very walk/bike / dog friendly.
It’s always busy here. There are 2-3 tables outside for dining alfresco. ☕️. There is no private dining room at this location.
Our server – Owen – was so friendly and professional! Convenient location for casual networking. Street parking is available (if you’re lucky to find a spot).

The coffee was perfect and I got a new addiction, the PINK DRINK omg this is delicious! We don’t have it in the Netherlands (which is quite sad, but better for me ) The staff was very friendly and they were very quick! Thank you so much for the delicious morning coffee, breakfast and the lovely conversations!

We visited this Starbucks with our young kids (5 and 6 years old), ordered several drinks, and even purchased some accessories. Unfortunately, the experience left a lot to be desired. One of the employees asked our little girl to stop moving in her seat — not running around, just moving. As parents, we completely understand if a child is being disruptive or unsafe, but this felt unnecessarily harsh and lacking in empathy.
It’s no surprise the store was practically empty. The customer service was cold, and there was no sense of warmth or understanding from the staff. A little kindness goes a long way, especially when families are supporting your business.

My favorite place for awesome vibes Every single time I walk in here,everyone is super sweet. The service impeccable and my coffee is always nothing less than perfect. There is one worker who just doesn’t seem like she wants to be there I got a venti Carmel ribbon crunch comes up to a lil under 8 buts for 1 drink but where is my Carmel ribbon where is my crunch I may not get whipped cream cause I’m lactose but I still am supposed to get the bottom and top layers of the product only difference is no whipped cream and when I asked for a second straw the lady gave me an attitude and called for one of her coworkers she watered down my drink as well I own my own business and would fire any employee who doesn’t live up to the standards set forth by corporate affairs well I tried again this time i wasnt heard by the lady on my order she tried to rush me out started laughing at me when I started talking about the ethics board they didn’t give me a receipt on my purchase wich i need for my business seeing as im doing a review no plastic straws knowledge of it soaking in the venti i will never go here again the worker was so unprofessional they told her to hand a glass of water to a homeless guy in there and she went to hand it to me pathetic really the ignorance of this generation so yea ive said enough oh and it goes carmel crunch half way stop with the drink Carmel and crunch then top it off whipped cream then carmel and crunch
