Hello, visited tonight with my wife 2 children, sister and nephew. My youngest is 8 months old so home my and I gathered his things My sister took our 2-3 year olds to the vestibule to wait for us. My nephew who was very excited to see the baby touched the grab handle of the door and it fell off and hit him in the head. We informed the hostess and asked for ice. About 10 minutes later the manager came out with the ice and told us “he must have really been pulling on it hard. I know how these go on and it would take a lot of force” . She also accidentally told us she has had to put it back on before.
Being a union carpenter myself I kept my mouth closed, there’s set screws on both sides that were missing on the grab bar leaving it to be a dangerous situation for a child. I wanted to leave but I also have never been here and my nephew is tough, so we stayed had some “okay” pizza and left.
Now the manager never came back over to check on my nephew, never came over to offer a soda, absolutely nothing, I don’t ever look for anything for free so I was certainly not going to make a scene but I think the worst part of the whole thing was a restaurant manager explaining how a door handle is mounted.
On the way out I tested all the door handles to make sure no other kids get hurt, the main door is super loose and is a hazard. The interior doors are fine.
Fix your doors and train your managers to apologize rather than blame a 30 lb 3 year old for pulling a door handle off. And to argue with the sister when she said he touched it really upset me, just apologize. What if it his eye?

Service is great. The bar has some fun cocktails. Try the old fashioned. Pizza is very tasty and crisp. Our group had several pies and all were very good. The Chicken and Artichoke was my favorite. The wings were also very good.

came in with my family of 6 last night and had an amazing experience! The food , the drinks and ambiance was incredible! My server julianna was amazing and my family and I loved her cracking jokes with us and made sure we were very taken care of ! Definitely will be back.

Went during happy hour. It is conveniently located on rt 23. We got the buffalo wings and Burrata pizza. Both things were really good. The wings and beer were on happy hour.

I’m usually not a person to complain about anything. I consider myself very patient but today I was disappointed by this restaurant. We walked in and was not greeted and we weren’t sure where to sit and when we asked the waitresses looked at us like a deer in headlights. Then we sat down and were not attended what so ever. We started looking at the waitresses to see if she might acknowledge us but didn’t what so ever. No h, no one sec , nothing. We ended up walking out because the service was so bad. Don’t think I’ll come here again

We have ordered take out many times, but it’s been a few months and we decided to order tonight. Pizza was good, meatballs were cold, garlic knots tasted stale, as if they were from yesterday. Prices have increased, but to be expected in the current economic environment. I wouldn’t mind paying more if meatballs were hot and garlic knots, fresh. Also, no focaccia bread with the meatballs, even though I checked off when I ordered. Disappointing family dinner tonight. Do better.

We had a fundraiser for LLS/Blood Cancer United and we had a crowd coming in at the same time but the staff was great especially Julia. She was so nice and very professional making sure everyone got their correct order. Pizza is always great there.

One of my favorites place to eat, I’m sorry for the pictures I almost forget to take it I love the carnivori and the burrrata pizza the wings are delicious my favorite one is the garlic Romano. They also serve delicious drinks and have an amazing staff.
