We drove to Wendy’s about midday the drive thru window was $6 bag a double cheeseburger,w/.bacon, chicken nuggets & a medium drink .The food was fresh, hot, & satisfying. The drive thru staff was patient & courteous.
3/25/24 For lunch, I went to Wendy’s Drive Thru. I wanted to try the Dreamsicle Frosty it was delicious. However, I like my shakes thicker. I tried the Dave Burger, and it was tasty. Wendy’s food is getting better.

Went to the Avondale Louisiana location and ordered 2 Spicy Chicken Sandwiches and one of the was all Raw on one side.
I was totally surprised that a restaurant would serve customers raw food.
Also the fries was cold and old also.
I went back to let them know and show it to them and all they said was they apologized and wanted to give me 2 more.
Raw food could really kill someone are put them in the hospital.
These fast food restaurants is too expensive already and serving ppl the worst food ever.
I do not recommend anyone eating from this location ever.

I only order diet cokes from Wendy’s. The cokes are always good with the nice fizzle to it. I am always in and out at this location and hardly ever have any issues. Customer service is relatively pleasant from my experience.

I go to this location all the time because I normally get great service. The GM and the male night manager are awesome. Today was horrible though. I went in because I didn’t see a 4 piece nugget and small fry that was packed under my 2 number 8 combos. The manager on duty instantly had an attitude with me. I got the bags and brought them in and she started snatching the food out of my bag talking about it’s right there. Ok, my bad I didn’t see it. You didn’t have to speak to me like that. However when she started saying what was in there she said my order wrong. I could see my sandwich wasn’t lettuce as the bun because it was wrapped in the foil wrapper, but with her attitude I wouldn’t trust my food after it was sent back. I had ordered one classic #8 sauce on the side and one spicy #8 lettuce as the bun. I got 2 classic #8’s dripping in sauce. I ordered a Dr pepper and got a diet coke. I choose Wendy’s because I managed a Wendy’s and I know the food is fresh and the moto is our burgers are square because we don’t cut corners, and Wendy’s corporate doesn’t tolerate rude nasty bad attitude employees. I don’t expect to go to Wendy’s and have a rude shift manager not get the order right and be loud and wrong. That kind of attitude shouldn’t be in a position we’re they have power or interact with the public. That kind of attitude needs to be on truck, grill, or dishes if not fired.

Bathrooms are not kept clean. Mildew in the grout on the walls, smells like sewage. Not Sanitary at all. Stay away from this wendys. Manager right behind the counter, she nor did anyone else even acknowledge me for several minutes. I just wanted to get a drink and get out of there. They don’t know anything about customer service here.

I work EMS and have difficulty getting food or service at most fast food places because our ambulance doesn’t fit in the drive through and I work nights when the lobbies are closed. This Wendy’s is always open when I come and they are great at accommodating us. Food is always fresh and good. The guys who work at night are always so sweet.

I hadn’t had them on a while so popped in. My food was actually right and HOT. I even asked what’s going on and the young lady responded “we have a new manager ” then he walked right up with a big smile and asked her what was her

Great restaurant food is excellent service. Great staff is outstanding. The only negative is that the restaurant opens late a lot. I’ve asked staff that are usually standing outside. What’s the hold up and I’ve been told by seven different employees that the managers late.

Did a mobile order and ordered medium fries, no salt. Instead got a cold small fries full of salt. The double stack and the nuggets were ice cold..They kept giving me someone else’s order, I had to go the restaurant twice to get my correct order only for the burger to be ICE COLD. The only thing that was fresh were my fries and that was because I had to go in and ask for no salt fries. And fries were just being cooked. I wasted my money at this place and I won’t ever go there again.

I always request my food to be fresh. This particular day the representative asked me to pull forward so they can make my food fresh. I waited over 10 minutes, and when they bought my food out it was barely warm, it wasn’t fresh at all. I was disappointed and lied to. I have not been back to this location every since. When I’m a paying customer I deserve hot fresh food.
