We did not get to experience the wide variety of food they had to off, but we did get two very delicious drinks. both signature creation, the salted caramel iced and the hatch honey one. but were very great smooth and not bitter at all. the salted caramel was flavor without feeling like drinking a cup of sugar.
The craft and quality is seen in the drinks, that being said be patient with the staff as quality takes time.
A very beautiful atmosphere with a lounge area and tables.

I love this place! Almost everything they sell they make in house! From their house made sausage and ice cream to their freshly baked breads and coffee beans roasted in-house, everything is fresh and delicious!
The owners are amazing people who deeply care for their community, their customers, and the state of New Mexico. I got to chat with them for a few hours and could tell that they truly strive to give the best possible experience to their customers and work hard to provide delicious, custom crafted food options.
I’ve been here multiple times for both breakfast and lunch and have never been disappointed with anything I’ve had on their menu.
The facility is warm, welcoming, and inviting. It has always been clean and tidy. It’s a great place to bring your family, to bring your book club, or to work remotely.
I just wish there were more crosses and American flags used in the decor. 😉

Ordered the Guapo Salad for $9.90 and got iceberg lettuce. Called to ask why they don’t share if something’s changed on the menu with the customer before ordering. Sounded like a young kid and he didn’t have any answers other than they ran out of spring mix. Deceiving.

Another place that I’ve been waiting to try for over a year now. Every time I’ve come to visit my dad, it’s been closed! I’m never coming through town at the right time or on the right day.
It was well worth the wait! I had a hot dirty chai. It was excellent! I definitely recommend stopping by if you’re in the area.
Update to respond to shop: I live in Oklahoma, so the timing just never seems to work out when I go visit my dad in Hobbs. I’m still so glad I got to come by at the right time! I bought the bag of espresso pictured and it’s so good!

So far, my favorite shop in all of Artesia. The staff is polite, friendly, and are knowledgeable. I would strongly advise trying the malasala Chai spicy or just their black coffee. I’ve tried the majority of the menu, and nothing so far had been disappointing.

FYI: They do curbside delivery, so you can call ahead to get your order ready and take it to your car for you, so you don’t need to go to that long Starbucks line that extends into the street. Less waiting, more supporting small business. All locall. All fresh.

We stopped in for our first time today. Being a small town and serving a wide variety, honestly my hopes were not too high. Boy were we surprised. Service was friendly and patient. Coffee, tea, sandwiches, ice cream and pastries were all excellent and seemed to be of high quality. We were impressed in every way and will make this a new regular stop for our trips to Ruidioso. Visited for the first time this morning. Very nice cafe- clean and larger than expected. I got a latte and slice of banana bread. The latte was delicious but the bread was disappointing. The size of the slice was generous but it was burnt and intolerably hard and dry. I will definitely visit again next time I’m in town because I’m pretty confident that it was a fluke.
