We usually eat at Panera bread about three times a week. The last time I was at this particular location was about a year ago. I was a little disappointed we purchased one of the turkey sandwiches that literally fell apart because the bread was completely ripped in half on the bottom side. We had to get a fork to eat it. But finally gave up after a little while. The restaurant was kind of a mess. The outdoor seating lax. Some of the seating is right in front of the front door, which makes it very uncomfortable to sit there. The staff at this location were phenomenal and extremely friendly.

Could be better atmosphere. Service was low, I stood at the window waiting for someone to acknowledge me. I had to stop someone and speak up for myself. That being said the sandwich I had was amazing. I’m not sure what my wife had but it was even better than mine lol. We are going back and we’ll probably get two of what she got lol

Today I ordered my fav large Pimegranate Hibicus Tea from the accessible height kiosk. When will Panera put a customize option in the app and kiosk for NO ICE?! Great service and I also enjoyed my $1 bagel offer with a sinfully delicious cinnamon crunch bagel that really should be dessert. Cream cheese offered a nice flavor contrast. I love the community bulletin board to share services, community and school fund raisers and thank yous.
Panera here has a drive thru. Indoor seating and outdoor seating with Panera umbrellas are accessible.
Accessible mens and women’s restrooms with dedicated stall that has 2 grab bars and 4ftx5ft space Diaper changer
Free van accessible parking right in front with no curbs

Been going to this place for years, and months go by i see this place becoming more of a slum! Sticky floors, the floors are so sticky that I hear me and my husband’s foot steps. RIDICULOUS. ESPECIALLY the bathroom floors. Hair always on the toilet seat. One of the line cooks never have a hair net on which is health code violation. This panera location looks like it’s being ran by kids, I hardly see a manger in sight. I’m so appalled. Things aren’t the same, and what I mean by the “same” as clean as it USED TO BE.I really hope this place become presentable as it used to be.

I can see why they have a 4. They are terrible. Drove all the way home with food and they forgot my chips. My bag rips in transit. They serve me in the ripped bag. No real just horrific experience. Please avoid at all costs. They are the definition of a joke.

Healthier than average faire for a sightly elevated price. Plenty of sensible salads, soups, and sandwiches. The bakery specializes in breads and sweets. The You Choose Two option is good for a bit of portion-controlled variety.
Service is okay. Don’t look for table visits. You’ll be taken care of at the counter and serve yourself.
The men’s restroom was a bit messy, but that’s likely owed to an unaccompanied child that didn’t aim properly… Left restroom feeling a little dirtier than when I entered not just because of that, but also because the sink faucet scarcely released a trickle of water. Hopefully, they’ll fix that soon
Clean, full of natural light, and relaxed.

Feel the need to call this out as I left totally frustrated. Went for lunch, ordered soup and sandwich w piece of bread. Got chips instead of bread and brought chips up and asked for bread, she said bread was still in oven. Ok fine. Went back to my table and 5 min later woman next to me walks up w her plate and there’s bread so I figured it was done. Went back up and asked and woman was very rude and said there’s no bread. Watched everyone else have bread. What’s soup without bread. Just left frustrated.
