This McDonald’s absolutely sucks! Food was disgusting! The only thing they got right way the chocolate chip cookies that tasted like straight up plastic. Food was incredible. Asked for no pickles, got pickles. Fries were soggy, cold and half empty. Ordered two snack wraps with literally old stale tortillas that were falling apart and the smallest tiniest little pieces of chicken that were hard and chewy. Filled the tortilla with sauce to cover the taste of the old crumbly tortillas. Got chicken nuggets for my toddler that were so hard that she literally couldn’t bite into them despite having all of her teeth… Little black burnt specks all over chicken nuggets like they haven’t cleaned thirty deep fryer. Asked for ranch for the nuggets, got fake honey corn syrup sauce. Got two large drinks with no straws. Waited over 15 minutes for my order. Straight up DISGUSTING food. It’s like they intentionally messed up this order. I paid 30$ for food we didn’t eat. This McDonald’s should seriously get shut down. SERIOUSLY, so many bad reviews about terrible food here, they don’t care at all about their quality or customers. I will be contacting corporate after seeing the reviews. They need to be shut down.

I went to McDonald’s today and these were the signs that greeted me. The employees at work actually did a fairly good job considering they were understaffed. There were no large soda cups so you had to order a medium or a small. This location needs some management help.

I wish negative zero stars was a option. This is literally the worst McDonald’s known to man. The service is so incredibly slow and they don’t have their crap together so they will send you to the curbside then completely forget about you for almost 15 mins and PLEASE don’t say that was a small instance because then I ordered the next morning and it took almost 12 mins to get a basic food item. Then the lady was incredibly rude to boot. They were also rude the evening before.
The service overall just sucks, they clearly don’t give a crap about their job and the manager seems to be just lazy to me because clearly from all the other reviews this place just sucks overall.
Order also came wrong so make sure to check that.

Customer service is severely lacking. Do better McDonald’s. My hubby and I stood at the counter for 10 min with zero staff approached us to take our order. Meanwhile, 3 employees by the drive through window were watching us and none of them asked us if we would like to order. So we left.

I have had nothing but TERRIBLE experiences here. I first had to wait 20 minutes in line because only one of the lanes was open, I get that it’s a Sunday but you are off of a busy highway and it’s fall break, you should be prepared for heavy traffic. I then finally get to order to then be told that they are out of basically every type of drink including shakes, smoothies, frappes, etc. so I’m forced to order a drink that I don’t even want. No one is at the register so that wasn’t helping the long wait time. I pull up to the window where they hand you the food to pay and I have a free meal voucher (which was given to me from a different location in St. George because my order was messed up) which was the only reason I was getting food from them in the first place. Just to be told that the meal I ordered wasn’t “covered” with the voucher. I asked why not because the voucher had no restrictions and her response was “because our system isn’t taking it”. That’s not my problem. I was given a voucher and was promised I get a free meal due to previous order mess up just be told that it wasn’t working. I appreciate the lady who took extra time and figured out what was wrong but this was just absolutely unacceptable. I have had terrible experiences with McDonald’s in southern Utah for the past couple of months. Management is obviously not doing its job, the owners should now be stepping in and addressing the issues because almost everyone I’ve talked to has had bad experience with the company lately. Overall, if you pulling off of exit 13 to get some food, just go to Culver’s and save yourself the headache and disappointing experience.

Go anywhere but here. Waited 30 minutes for my food, was brought out 4 wrong orders. After that went in to see where it was, they didn’t have it, I asked for a refund they wouldn’t give it to me. On top of that no one would help me I had to yell at a worker bringing out someone else’s food, they also wouldn’t give me my food. They stole my money, they were ignorant, unprofessional, and anyone working there on January 22 at 6:00 pm, you should genuinely find another job because that was the most embarrassing excuse for service I have ever experienced and you should be ashamed of yourself. If you’re hungry go forage for berries and nuts you’ll find a better meal before this McDonald’s will get you a single fry.

I really wanted to like this McDonald’s. It’s the closest one to our house. Unfortunately when we go there 90% of the time we’re disappointed. Yesterday we went at 9:00 a.m. and the doors were all locked to go inside. They didn’t have enough staffing so they were only running the drive-thru. My wife and I like to go inside to eat and get a refill on our drink. The other big issue is the drive-thru is such a priority that it’s very difficult to get a refill or have someone take your order at the cash register. It seems like the employees are trained to avoid eye contact with anyone standing at the cash register or wanting a refill. Hopefully they can improve this location because we are going to the McDonald’s on Telegraph Street now.

The franchise owner of this location should be ashamed. Food quality poor customer service poor cleanliness of the restaurant very poor dining room doors are never open employees should be able to read understand and speak English after all this location is in America. The amount of horse play the employees exhibit at this location resemble that of a daycare center full of toddlers actually that would be a compliment. Toddlers have more discipline than the employees at this location. I am disgusted and embarrassed to say I have visited this location more than once never again after today.

They were out of a lot of items, like most dipping sauces and the chocolate milk. The tables were a bit dirty and it was a little wait on the food.

Lunchtime drive thru employee at window had attitude when picking up food… was horrible. Slammed the window shut. Incredibly rude and short tempered about incorrect order. No customer service skills at all… she should never have any interaction with customers if she can’t act professionally. Don’t remember her name but had a nose piercing. She should be flipping burgers if she doesn’t know how to talk to customers.
