First visit to this store today. We’re diehard long time Caribou fans in my family. Starbucks doesn’t even hold a candle to them!! After having lived in MN for 20 yrs, and now in GA for 25+, we were so very disappointed to find only 2 Caribou shops in the entire ATL metro area when we moved here. Now there’s this one in Griffin and it’s closer than any other!! Caribou coffee is richer, tastier, smoother than Starbucks and they do NOT purposefully burn the coffee. Caramel Highrise, Berry White Mocha, and back in the day a Snickers Bar coffee drink. I’m not positive if it still exists but I will check next time I’m there. The ground or whole bean coffee are spectacular too!!!

I was super excited when I discovered you were opening here. I pass the Griffin location every morning in my hour commute to and from work. I worked at one in Charlotte NC as opener when in college. This is the worst by far ever. Customer service absolutely terrible. Inside refuses to acknowledge you , pull around look at you walk away at 430 or 5 pm. Inconsistent drink good one day bad the next. By far the customer sevice is the worst. Please get this store fixed. A lot people were really excited about this opening but the management appears to sit in chair and the entire family works here. Horrible.

This location unfortunately can not keep up with the current menu and is either understaffed or under trained. I ordered two of the same drink and I don’t believe I even got one drink that was what I ordered. This location really proved why Starbucks is still in business and why Caribou’s are fading away.

Updated post: Customer service reached out and made it as right as they could and I appreciate that. Let it be known though, closing early is not a great idea simply because this location has been home to many different businesses. You close at 6pm. See it through. My fav drink is matcha frappe with vanilla cold foam! Delicious!!!!

Excited for a closer, drive thru coffee shop. However, it was $6.63 for a 16oz Medium Iced Vanilla White Mocha. Absolutely delicious and the staff was very nice and quick! At Starbucks, it’s $6.69 for a Venti 24oz iced coffee drink. I prefer to get the most for my dollar and that’s the only reason I’m posting this review too is for anyone else like me! I hate to knock this place because it’s cute and convenient, but it’s unfortunate how overpriced coffee is getting all around.

Staff is always nice even though I’m sure they get tired of me asking questions I’ve had an ICE and Hot item, both were great. Only suggestion is something outside to indicate you are open because the parking lot is always empty so it can be hard to tell.

My first time here today. I was passing by and I seen a new coffee shop and instantly wanted to give them a try, because I love coffee. No line, no cars. I pull up to drive thru and no one took my order. So I pulled up to window, still nothing. As I’m leaving, I see someone inside. I just left. I probably won’t give another try.

We usually have iced coffee a few times a week. Buddy went on a coffee run we usually do Starbucks but he wanted to try something different. What he brought back looked like coffee but tasted like water. I thought maybe just the ice had melted it some so I poured out the top portion and drink some more of it still the same. There was barely any coffee flavor to the drink. Just bland. No sweetness, no expresso flavor just tasted like water.
