I had such a great experience at Panera Bread thanks to Hannah! She had amazing customer service skills—friendly, cheerful, and genuinely happy to help. My order was perfectly accurate, and she made sure everything came out just right. It’s always nice to be greeted with a smile, and Hannah’s positive attitude really stood out. The food was delicious as always, and her great service made the visit even better. Highly recommend stopping in if you want great food and friendly faces like Hannah’s!

Worst Managed Panera Bread. Panera BREAD had been out of Baguette’s the past several times we came to this location. Tonight they finally had a Baguette but we order a Bread bowl, we get here and……Manager says, not sure why you are allowed to order it, we have been out of bread bowls since 5pm. Manager advised me about pre-ordering before 5pm to try to reserve a Bread bowl. Terrible experience. We came for a soup in a bread bowl. Hopefully other Panera’s don’t stop making bread.

Very awesome location. The new Ranch Cobb was awesome. I got it with Greek dressing and it made the salad.
Only reason I am giving the atmosphere 3 stars is because a lot of tables that weren’t being used were still dirty and needed a wipe down.

Ordered delivery from here for my work lunch and I specifically requested utensils. I did not receive any utensils, unsure of how I am supposed to eat a soup without a utensils!!! Not to mention they didn’t give me any napkins.. I thought every place will give you napkins with your food order… not impressed and will not order again.

Our “steak” panini sandwiches had the saddest amount of meat in them and everything else, it was basically just bread. My chicken noodle soup was basically just chicken broth, the photo below is after I mixed it after having thought that the contents sunk to the bottom…I was wrong. The line moved so slow, it took forever to get our food and by the time we did and got to eating our food, it was cold. The mac and cheese was really good, so I guess they got that right. My husband also enjoyed his cream of broccoli soup. Overall, its way too pricey for what you get.

Patrick and the staff on Thursday night was so incredibly nice and accommodating. I am completely messed up my order on the kiosk and they were able to remake it for me and we’re super pleasant and sweet about it . They tried so hard to make it perfect and they absolutely did!

Food always taste very fresh and homemade. When I drove through for a bagel in the morning I realized they had a special half sandwich and soup for only $6.99 which was amazing. I had the BBQ Smokehouse Chicken and Tomato Soup. I actually am not one to eat tomato soup but somehow my mind was telling me that I need to try this. It was very very good and taste like I made it myself. The whole meal was awesome and I was very pleased. I also was pleased to get a piece of French bread with my soup and croutons also. I hope they keep this selection for a while there were many combo choices of sandwiches to choose from. I surely will be back to try another and hope this is still available I feel the food is delicious but in the overall, I feel the service and atmosphere is average.

if i could give this panera restaurant 6 stars i would; this is by far without a doubt the best panera bread i have ever been to and i have been to a lot! it is always clean and i mean always. every worker there that i have interacted with is so nice, bubbly, welcoming, and extremely helpful. the food is always on point, i have yet to find something made poorly or even that i didnt like! my favorite is the chicken noodle soup and frontega chicken sammie, a delicious combo. (the accompanying photo i have included is the turkey bravo sandwich which would definitely be my cold sandwich go to.) if youre a mac and cheese fan try the one with bacon, just trust me lol. my personal opinion is that their coffee is better than starbucks or dunkin donuts but i mean everyone has their personal preferences so i guess its subjective. their agave lemonade is super tasty and was oh so good on that super humid past sunday that we had, and if you go halfsies with the iced tea thats good too. i havent had their breakfast so i cannot comment on that, but i have heard that its yummy. i do know i love their brownies and cookies though! maybe too much lol. if you like having plenty of electrical outlets theres definitely no shortage here, with one at probably (or close to) every table if you would like to charge your phone or get some work done on your laptop. and dont worry, its usually relatively quiet noise-wise so you shouldnt be too distracted. oh and i witnessed the restaurant manager, i believe his name is jeff, going up to make sure everyones order is correct and that customers are enjoying their meals and are comfortable…i like that, it says a lot about a place. and dont forget a hoodie! it can be a bit chilly in there but hey better than being hot! you can always put more on but only take so much off! but if youre looking for a good coffee/sandwich/soup/salad place in lockport, this in my opinion is the best choice and would highly recommend. and do yourself a favor and look into the sip club, you wont regret it enjoy!
