Stopped here with my husband for a quick dinner. The sandwiches were tasty. The drinks were delicious and they were having trivia night so it was fun without being too crowded. The staff was friendly. We were seated right away and our food was delivered quickly. Very enjoyable experience. Plus you can watch the planes take off from the airport!

Not great.. plenty of people in the restaurant so I was hoping for decent food. The bowl of chicken and dumplings was microwaved. It was a small bowl and half the bowl was cold and the other half was warm. Just take it off the menu or make a fresh pot. The other food at the table looked good enough. But if they nuke soup… what else are they nuking.

Food is great although not as consistently good each visit.
Highly recommend “Death Fries”
Just enjoy them & forget your diet till next day.
Ordered the large for wife. I got Black-n-Blu burger. Filled up on the fries.
Never made it to the burger.
Next day it was still awesome.
2nd visit fries were not as cooked as the first time. Burger was a bit dryer.
Yeah, I know, I’m a creature of habit!

So it honestly wasn’t a great visit. To start off with, we were the ONLY people in the entire restaurant and the long wait to even have someone come back to our table after we were given menus was crazy long. Then another long wait to get our drinks. Just wasn’t sure what was going on here. Once we got service she was very friendly. We always order death fries which are so good and they did not disappoint. We were tempted by the wording on their menu and caved in and also ordered the world famous nachos, saying they’re the best in Delaware. They were tortilla chips with shredded cheese and so many jalapenos you could burn your mouth. A small container of salsa and sour cream, not even on the nachos and you had to pay another $2 to get a small container of guacamole. There were so many jalapenos we couldn’t eat it. Then I got a BLT that had the tiniest sliver of a tomato on it. All the other orders of food were good, no complaints but I was disappointed in my sandwich (BLT) and was the one that pushed for the sad nachos no one could eat.
Will we be back? Yes. This was honestly our first bad visit at this location. Not bad enough to not try again.

We ate there today. I food was delicious. Watched the planes’ landing and helicopter. Our server, Megan, was very friendly and professional. We will be returning very soon. We went again with a group of people and it was delicious. Saw quite a few planes coming in landing and taking off.

Great restaurant located at the Delaware Coastal Airport in Georgetown, DE. The food was good and the service was also good. The restaurant faces the airfield, which is cool if you like watching airplanes. I got the Reuben sandwich which was very good, and lots of meat. The other meals were also good. Highly recommended.

Flew in upon the suggestion of a friend that we should stop there and have lunch. The diner itself has a wonderful atmosphere with lots of interesting decorations. We arrived at an off time and seated ourselves. The wait staff was quick to bring us the menus and some drinks. We asked for recommendations because the menu is extensive and all of it looked good. We ended up getting two different bowls of soup, the daily special, which was an Italian wedding and one of the standard menu Maryland crab soup. Both were excellent.

We decided to split the rockfish reuben sandwich which had a tremendous flavor and was extremely tasty. There were multiple options for sides we decided on tater tots and we were not disappointed.

A small side note for pilots if you fly in and have lunch you get 10 cents off each gallon of fuel purchase for your aircraft.

Flew in with a friend for dinner- and it didn’t disappoint! The menu had lots of sandwich options. I went with the Big Daddy and it certainly lived up to its name. Probably the thickest deli meat sandwich I’ve had. The prices were a bit steep- but we were at an airport so that’s to be expected. Great spot to see aircraft in action too!
