We love to go to Napoli’s when we visit Norfolk. Their service is always great and we love the atmosphere inside. It really feels like being in Italy. The only issue we have had when we go is that oftentimes the food isn’t the best, I particularly, the chicken and shrimp. We don’t always order the same menu items. The other pastas and such always come out delicious, but when it comes to the chicken/shrimp Alfredo, they always taste odd. You can really taste the freezer burn from both. While I do understand we are in Nebraska and sourcing fresh shrimp is difficult, I would love to eat some fettuccini that doesn’t taste freezer burnt if I decide to add chicken and/or shrimp. Overall, the prices are great for the portions you receive. We will continue to go back, but will probably stay away from the Alfredo with chicken/shrimp.

Wow! Wow! Wow!
Service was quick and friendly and the place was clean and nicely decorated.
BUT THE FOOD?
Everything was excellent.
The cheesy garlic bread was fantastic. The wild mushroom bruschetta, although not what I usually think of as bruschetta, was delicious.
Their house dressing is a sort of tomato vinaigrette which was different, but had a nice flavor.
We ordered 3 different entrees and all were cooked excellently. The tour of Italy was great, as was the shrimp Florentine. I ordered a special of shrimp and scallop carbonara and it was stupendous.
A bottle of wine, appetizers, entrees, an extra salad, and desserts were very reasonably priced for 3 people.
We left both pleasantly full and a little sad we could not eat more!

Dinner cost $20.00 with out salad Ordered small salad, cost $4.95, just lettuce. Had to ask for bread they gave us dinner rolls, No Italian bread.Charged $5.00 for bacon crumbles and $5.00 for tomatoes added to Alfredo dish.Very little amount. I had better at Olive Garden! Very disappointed. Called to make a reservation for 4 at 530 and was told they only had a 430. I accepted that, it was Valentines Day, showed up at 420 and was told I had to wait till 4:50, when I asked why if my reservation was at 430, the girl said I dont know and walked off. Extremely rude. When we got seated at 4:55 there were plenty of empty tables for 4. When we went to order we were told we couldnt order pizza or subs because they were saving the bread for appetizers. 2 people in my group asked for straws and were told they were saving the straws for kids. How can you run a restaurant like this, plenty of empty tables when we left and a lot of people waiting.. food was edible but flavorless…. very disappointed and will not return or recomend

Cozy atmosphere clean attentive staff great desserts!!! A tad pricey. Glad how they have rejuvenated a downtown building. Very cute areas to sit all throughout the building as well as outside. The tour of Italy was really good but the special with scallops and a white wine sauce was oily.

Experienced a very enjoyable dinner here with friends in July. The service was good and the menu had some great options to choose from. The kids got pepperoni and margherita pizza. This restaurant does have gluten free options available for those who need that option. I had the Roma Special and wow, was it delicious! Chicken breast sautéed in a spicy dish of red peppers, mushrooms, onions, garlic, sherry wine, alfredo, and a touch of marinara sauce served with spaghetti. Every bite of this was amazing. My only wish is that the portion was a tad bit larger. You will stay trying to pick up every last drop of sauce with bread when you are done. What a great little gem in this small Nebraska town!

The interior is set up with several different eating areas with an open concept. The menu has a variety of Italian classics and the service is good. The wine menu and the staffs wine knowledge is limited but the food makes up for it. The pasta portions were huge and the hot rolls were melt in your mouth delicious.
I had the shrimp Florentine with fresh mushrooms, spinach, fettuccine in a creamy Alfredo type sauce. Dipping the hot rolls into the sauce was amazing! My husband got the sausage pizzauola that had thick strips of sausage, that tasted homemade, mushrooms, garlic, diced tomatoes. in a light marinara sauce. It was also delicious. This is some of the best Italian I’ve ever had.

Pasta is very fresh and hot. Sauce is a little watery on the Alfredo. Looks like a popular place. If your looking for pasta and pizza this is the spot for you. Small groups to large party’s.

I came here with some work mates, my first time eating here. The restaurant has an organized layout and is well maintained. The staff is very pleasant and attentive. Our waitress was at our table checking in I would say once every 10 minutes. I ordered the calamari appetizer, tossed salad, and the Milano. Each course came out fresh and hot. The calamari was delicious, tender on the inside and crispy on the outside. The Milano is on the specialty menu, it consists of chicken, shrimp, and sliced Italian sausage with a creamy sauce. The flavors were bold and plentiful. It was like a sequence of flavors from when each bite enters your mouth all the way to the aftertaste. The Milano is a masterpiece of flavor, you can’t go wrong. Overall this was a wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend this restaurant. AAAAA*****
But wait, there’s more….
You have to get a piece of their Lemon Cello cake for dessert, it’s to die for. Absolutely amazing.
