I just want to say that coming here is an amazing experience. We have 3 kids that love their indoor play area that both clean and air conditioned all the time. Their staff makes the experience though Ernesto the cashier was extremely friendly and helpful with our order and made sure that our order was in correctly with a semi complainted order, Guadupe the manager came to help with our order as well she even brought it to us herself in the play area and made sure that we were good and that we had no other requests for anything else, Uri was our cook and the food came out great exactly how it should be (Carl’s is my wife favorite with the wester bacon cheese burger lol) and so fast we barely had time to get the kids into the play area haha we have been to others Carls Jr but the staff is what make this a great location 🙂

I had a great experience eating at the 28023 Scott Rd, Murrieta location. The manager was great! He spoke to his employees with kindness and support, he was knowledgeable and extremely polite. The manager was very involved with every step of the eating experience from the drive through window, counter and walking the restaurant floor cleaning and refilling the ice and condiments while giving his employees the support they needed communicating in a respectful manner. My food was perfect, the restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was soothing and welcoming. I highly recommend this Carl’s Jr location, it’s tucked away in the back corner of the shopping center, has a nice clean indoor play area and has a drive through as well. I recommend eating inside to get the full experience of exceptional service and high quality combos. Thank you Manager for making my eating experience so pleasant.

Very friendly service with a smile. The burger I ordered was out really fast. They have drive-thru at this Carl’s Jr. location as well as walk-in/dine-in. They also have a playground which is great for parents to bring their little children. The location is right off the 215 freeway and next to a gas station. There’s ample parking as well.

Was handed to three drinks the order taker was very friendly..
Then like 5 to 6 minutes later, we’re handed a bag With three burgers and one fry for three combo meals so in other words, they forgot two of our fries and that’s probably why the car in front of me stopped in the drive-through and was checking their order.. So I paid for two fries that I never Received.. So hopefully it’s not because the Management is trying to rush the employees to get the orders out to get the cars through drive-through that they’re forgetting people’s orders are messing them up.!!!!!!

Came here with my kids today, i love that they have an indoor play area. The dining area and bathrooms were clean but needed some minor repairs. The play area seemed clean enough for me to allow my kids to play but it wasnt as clean as I would hope. The staff was very nice. Especially a young lady, her name might have been Joy? By no fault of the restaurants, there were a couple of sketchy people just hanging out in the dining area so I didnt stay long and im not sure if I’ll come back because it seems to be an area with more transients.

I recently visited Carl’s Jr. and had an exceptional experience, thanks to an amazing worker named Michelle. From the moment I walked in, Michelle greeted me with a warm and friendly smile. She was helpful in explaining the menu options and made some great recommendations. Her positive attitude and attention to detail made my visit truly enjoyable.
