This is a surprisingly delightful experience and one we repeat several times a month. The sushi is delicious and we hover a bit deciding whether to get the all-you-can-eat option or the full a la carte one. The AYCE doesn’t have all of the full menu choices, but has quite a few of the best ones. You are charged if you waste (leave) food, so it’s truly all you CAN eat, not what you can almost eat. And there are no doggie bags. So with a la carte you can take home any leftovers, but sketchy whether that is a good idea with volatile raw fish. Also you may be tempted on AYCE to have appetizers, soup or salad, but think about your sushi capacity after filling up with these.
Our only complaint with the sushi is they use inflammatory oils for tempuras and fried items. There are many choices other than these highly damaging oils, so you can avoid them. But we wish they would switch to avocado or coconut oil for frying. The owner promised to consider that.
As for pricing, all you can eat is the best deal at lunchtime. But go well before 3pm or you will be in dinner pricing where a la carte combos could turn out to be better deals.
Service is excellent except for some questions not being well understood by servers not speaking fluent English. Their friendliness and attitude is so kind it makes up for it.
The former Denny’s space is fine—light and plenty of booth and table space.

The rolls were flavorful without being overdone, and the sashimi tasted clean and high quality. Service was quick and friendly, and the atmosphere was relaxed. Would definitely come back.

went to Haya Sushi recently and had such a great experience. The sushi was super fresh and beautifully presented. The fish tasted clean and high quality, and the rice had just the right texture. The menu has a nice mix of different foods, so there’s something for everyone.
The atmosphere is cozy and welcoming, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. Everything came out pretty quickly. Price-wise, it’s really fair for the quality you get.
Overall, Haya Sushi is definitely a spot I’d recommend if you’re craving fresh sushi in a relaxed setting. I’ll for sure be coming back!

Really enjoyed this place! The sushi was fresh and high quality, portions were generous, and prices were reasonable. Staff was attentive and welcoming. One of the better sushi restaurants in the area.

There is no reason to go here. None.
It’s all you can eat at $25 per person, and they threaten to charge you extra if you don’t eat the food you ordered. The sushi rolls are not made to order. They’re definitely premade and you can tell they’ve been sitting around by the time they get to your table because the rice is hard. The beef teriyaki is a joke. It’s just seared beef with teriyaki sauce on top, not marinated beef like it should be. I felt sorry for the chicken whose wings were prepared with zero care, seasoning or flavor. The restaurant also stinks. It smells grimy and unclean. We almost left before even ordering because of the smell but our child wanted to stay. Service is abismal. Every server seemed to be in a daze, completely devoid of personality or joy. The entire experience was not deserving of the $90 we spent on lunch. Hard pass. Literally go anywhere else.
Side note: beware of the wood boards along the sidewalk as you enter/exit the restaurant as there are numerous LONG rusty nails pointed upward protruding from the wood. There’s a photo attached to this review so you can see for yourself.

This was my first time eating here. The food wasn’t bad but it wasn’t spectacular either, I’ve definitely had better!! The service was pretty bad. The servers were so unfriendly that I ate as fast as I could and left. The vibe in this place is awful because of the employees.

My girlfriend and I came on Valentine’s Day. We were excited and thought it would be an amazing experience. Right from the start, we found a place that looked very organized and beautiful, which made us even more excited. However, then came the reality check: there was a long wait to be served and a lack of attention. Our orders arrived one every 30 minutes. I even timed how long it took for us to be attended, and it was more than 15 minutes. We stayed at the restaurant for two and a half hours—it was one of the worst services we’ve ever experienced. And I don’t even blame the woman who served us—she was very polite. The person who started our service abandoned us halfway through, and then she came to take over, but she seemed new and still a bit lost. I don’t blame her, but rather the restaurant for the lack of proper training and a commitment to excellent service. Because of that, I still prefer Sushi House.

The atmosphere is warm, stylish, and inviting – a perfect blend of modern design and cozy comfort that immediately makes you feel welcome. The staff were incredibly attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable.
The food – absolutely phenomenal. Every dish we ordered was beautifully presented, and you could taste the freshness in every bite. The sushi rolls were expertly crafted, packed with flavor, and melted in our mouths. From the sashimi to the tempura, everything was done to perfection. It’s clear that quality ingredients and skilled chefs are at the heart of what they do. Haya Sushi is a must-visit in Enfield. Fresh, delicious food, impeccable service, and a fantastic atmosphere – it’s the kind of place you’ll keep coming back to. Highly recommended!

Food was disgusting. If you genuinely love sushi, I would absolutely avoid this place. The quality is abysmal. My partner and I decided to try this place and did not finish a single roll in its entirety, and both felt quite sick. The nori on some of our rolls was discolored and dry as were some of the pieces of fish and the rice tasted old and fell apart too easily for the single sushi pieces. The avocado had discolored parts on it, and everything tasted off. At the end of our meal, the waitress charged us 10$ for all the unfinished food because of the restaurant policy despite showing her how nasty the food was. When we walked outside my partner, who ate more than me to try to finish the food and avoid an extra charge, ended up VOMITING outside in the parking lot. I stopped eating it before he did because my stomach was feeling queasy as well and I wanted to avoid being sick. This terrible food experience costs us $70 we’ll never get back. DO NOT EAT HERE!

The night started as our reservation not being honored and having to wait 30 minutes for our table. When we were seating we ordered our appetizer and rolls(about 5).
We got our appetizer and then only 3 rolls. When we finished those we figured our other rolls were forgotten so we ordered them again, for another 30 minutes to go by with nothing being delivered. When we talked to who we thought was a manager she didn’t seem to care and seem annoyed we even complained. I don’t recommend this place at all, that level of service and sub par sushi is not worth it.
