I’m never one to complain about an order being messed up. I’m a foodi and I will fix the mistake.
I am completely upset!! My family gets domino’s a lot. I get the same thing every time, not a big pizza fan so I get an order of pasta and 8 wings. For $20 I’ve always had dinner and lunch for the next day.
Tonight I did not (see photos attached) I called & was put on hold for 5 minutes before I could ask for a manager.
Then Chase (the manager on duty) got on the phone and I expressed my issues and let him know that I get the same order every time and there is a problem with my order.
HE NEVER ONCE APOLOGIZED (until I told him he was the most unprofessional manager I’ve ever talked to)
When he answered the phone he said “this is the manager” I HAD TO ASK HIM HIS NAME!
I am a General Manager of a Body Shop and I have always answered the phone when someone’s asked to speak to a manager with “Hi, thank you for holding this is Kelsea”
Chase offered me a $10 credit but that’s ALL he can do! Um NO Sir it’s not! You could have made my order correctly for me to come and pick it up (I would have gladly brought back your very sad 1/2 order of each that you gave me) I don’t need a credit to my account because I can afford your food! I want what I pay for the first time! Or at most an apology for your team making a mistake. That’s what a manager does! But!! No you defended your team that they did the right thing completely (when they didn’t)
GM 1O1 – customer is always right, you defend your team to them because YOU allowed my order to leave the way it did (it’s not their fault, it’s yours) You didn’t check and verify. You NEVER defend your team to the customer. I asked you to fix a $20 mistake that may have cost you $10 at most to fix. I deal with vehicles so I eat $1,000-5,000 for my customers with a smile and an apology up front!
If you want leadership and the pay that comes with it then you need a lot more training!
I asked to speak to a manager (A MANAGER IS A LEADER, NOT A BOSS)
LEARN TO LEAD YOUR TEAM (not your staff, not your employees) they aren’t your employees! They are your team and you will never succeed without them!
This lack of training may be Domino’s fault or might be yours. I don’t know but if you want to succeed and grow as a leader then train your team!

I ordered a medium bacon and mushroom pizza last night .I stopped eating dominos for years due to a bad run of orders and decided to try again. With their prices why not? I was shook ! The pizza was HOT when it was delivered.It was SO good. The crust was buttery and flavorful. I never eat the crust and I ate all of it! The toppings were almost all the way to the top of the crust. They did a really good job ! With that being said I am a dominos customer again! Keep up the good work!

Asked for extra pepperoni and well done crust. The crust was doughy and just enough pepperoni for just the regular amount.

I called and offered to bring the pizza back since I did order through delivery. (Which I tippped 25%) bThe lady on the phone was very snappy telling me she was the only one in there and shed remake it and hanging up on me as I was talking to her.

I managed food service before, I get it’s stressful- but hanging up on a customer who was just willing to bring it back was beyond rude. You shouldn’t be in a leadership role if you crumble this easily under pressure. Makes the whole restaurant sink down with you.

Ordered online and said it would be ready for pickup roughly 35 minutes… it’s been over an hour and still waiting where the food is!?! This place has gone down hill and still falling fast!!! They have no idea what they are doing!

I scheduled a delivery order and it didn’t come on time. I called the store and the manager told me the driver had just left the store. My order was then marked as “delivered” but it wasn’t here. I called the store and the manager HUNG UP on me. I tried to call back but she kept hanging up. Completely rude and unprofessional.

Wow…

Delivery driver was in the parking lot and got stuck in the snow.
She decided to not deliver the pizza. She was here, and didn’t deliver the pizza.

Tried contacting the manager and he acted like trash.
No apologies, no concern for the situation. Guy talked to me like a thug.

I don’t know who you guys had working tonight, but he served up the best pizza I have ever had from Dominos and he did it in a timely manner. My husband and I picked up our order around 11pm tonight and when he got back in the car he mentioned that the man inside was working alone. He said he was really kind and that he seemed to be doing a great job handling all the orders he had. When we got home we were incredibly impressed with the pizza. It was perfectly baked and perfectly seasoned. 10/10 on quality of food and quality of service. We appreciate you man, whoever you are!

Will never order from this place again..Ordered some dinner, not only the boxes were smashed and topings stuck to it, it was 1 1/2 late and cold, also the garlic bites order it suppose to be 16 and only got 6.
Called the store and the lady that answered put me on hold and whoever suppose to answer never did, beware if you’re going to order from here..
Customer service at the 18th street location in Anderson needs to do some serious training.
