Twice I’ve ordered a sandwich and asked for very light peppers only to be bombarded. I have acid issues but can take light spicyness. Open up and my first bit already has 5 peppers sticking out. For the amount I’m charged the least you can do is listen to directions. Do not recommend

I’ve ordered from this location numerous times because a friend of mine lives nearby. Today was the most disappointing of any of my visits. I walked in and didn’t see my food on the pickup shelf so I sat down. The gentleman behind the counter looked right at me but didn’t acknowledge me. I waited for about 5 minutes past the time my food was supposed to be done and ask the same gentleman that looked at me if my food was going to be done anytime soon. He asked me my name, turned around and grabbed it off of the shelf behind him and handed it to me without saying a word. No thank you, no have a nice day, no nothing. I was on my way to an appointment which I ended up being late for. Then, to make matters worse, my food didn’t have the toppings on it that I asked for. Really disappointing all the way around.

This is my favorite Potbelly, but unfortunately I don’t work near it anymore. I had the opportunity to go back after several months, and the staff were all just as friendly as I remember, if not more so. I wanted to try the new wraps, so I got one of each. A mistake was made at the topping station, but it was not a big deal at all! They caught it before I even walked away from the counter; I would’ve been none the wiser. They even put a free cookie in my bag (which I didn’t notice until I was driving away — I would’ve thanked them in person if I knew!). And the wraps were great, along with the new hot pepper chips! I look forward to the chance to stop there again.

Isabella was very sweet and pleasant. I placed an order online when I got there it wasn’t ready yet. Though she was the cashier and the other 3 employees were just standing around talking she put on her gloves to make my sandwich before one of them offered to do it. She didn’t lose her cool instead stayed calm and attentive. Thank you sweetie! 5 stars for her, 0 for the other 3 employees!

I asked for light hot peppers and not so much of the pepper oil…my sandwich was completely ruined from the overload of peppers. I try to make sure I say it twice and they still do what they want to do. This is peppers I took off just from one side, that’s ridiculous

I had a very disappointing experience with the manager. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, which made me feel undervalued as a customer. Good customer service should involve listening, respect, unfortunately, that was not the case here. I hope upper management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements in how they treat customers.
