All around bad experience. Walked in and the cashier set the tone for the whole transaction. Seemed like she did not want to be there or do her job. Walked in she didn’t even ask was I picking up or placing an order just looked at me and I asker if i can put an order in. Terrrible customer service through the whole process. Waited a while for a my pizza and crazy sticks and below is the picture of the crazy sticks. They didn’t even cut them. From the looks on the other customers face in the lobby we were all getting the same experience

Ordered online for a Big New Yorker pizza and when attempting to pick up we found it was not cooked. They cooked a “fresh” one and it was not the correct pizza again. They cooked it without sauce at all and with half of the toppings it was advertised for. What attempting to call to get it straightened out? Once we got home they put us on a perpetual hold for 25 minutes. Quite literally the worst experience I have had from any pizza place. Just order from someone else

all around bad experience went to pick up a DoorDash came in very polite showed the name of the order I could not pronounce it due to it being a hard name. Female Worker with blue hair goes “im pretty sure you can read that simple name” very rude and disrespectfully tried to call to speak to general manager no answer.

Everytime we order delivery from here our pizza looks like it was dropped, folded over, just all over messy, the delivery drivers are usually friendly(probably cause they drop our food..) and every time I eat here I get sick, my boyfriend likes Pizza Hut so we’ve tried this one a couple times, but now he’s sick after an order today. We will not be ordering from here again.

Ordered carryout for TWO Big New Yorkers – one cheese, one pepperoni, with very little wait time for carryout. I arrive to the store, with my two hungry young children, and was presented with TWO cheese pizzas.
I tell the cashier one was supposed to be cheese, which resulted in him rolling his eyes at me while he looked over my receipt (probably because another patron in the lobby was waiting on his messed up order to be remade)….. and says it’ll be about 20 minutes for a remake….. Which was longer than my initial carryout time for two pizzas.
Nonetheless, my kids and I wait while our one pizza is getting colder, so our pepperoni and extra cheese pizza can be remade. Not that complicated, right?
Now that my cheese pizza is cooled off and hardening, I collect my pepperoni pizza and return home.
NOT ONE SINGLE apology for the delay or inconvenience of my order being made incorrectly was spoken. Not one. No ‘thank you for your patience’ no offer of remaking my cheese pizza so GOD FORBID BOTH of my pizzas could be hot for dinner, none of that. Nothing.
Well, my son starts eating the pepperoni when we get home and said it tasted different….. so only now do I see that it is NOT the Big New Yorker with pepperoni and extra cheese, as I ordered and paid for, its just a basic large pepperoni without extra cheese or anything.
At that point, my kids were starving and I was done.
THE NEXT DAY I called the store to advise the manager of what happened and how the situation was handled, to which she responded “well, I can give you a $10 store credit for the issues you encountered”.
What about the pizza I paid for that still hasn’t been properly produced, I ask? SURELY IF the manager is going to offer a store credit, it should be for the value of the ENTIRE botched pizza, right?
EVIDENTLY NOT – when I asked about being credited for the entire value of my pizza, NOT A REFUND, but a store credit for this mishap of pepperoni and cheese, I’M TOLD THAT I NEED TO BRING IN HALF OF THE INCORRECT PIZZA TO THE STORE FOR CREDIT!??!
SERIOUSLY?! FRANKLY, I took pizza hut off my list a LONG time ago because it’s pricey and average pizza, at BEST, but my son picked this out for a special family dinner treat, so I allowed it.
Never again. My next review and phone call will be directed to the corporate office and whoever is responsible for training this establishment on how to handle these situations. Good grief.
Better off with Domino’s or Papa John’s. Don’t waste your time here.

I gave it only 2 stars because the young man that took my order was friendly. He couldn’t find the promo that I asked about BUT….he made an effort to correct the issue. He asked a member of management for help and the issue was resolved. That meant a lot to me as a customer. Now the actual Pizza, a Supreme, that’s another story.
It was terrible. Not enough of anything. Cheese, pepperoni, toppings, sauce….just barely there. The green peppers were all thrown in the middle of the pizza.
The cats in the alley could’ve came in there and made a better pizza.
Lord….It was just poorly made and I certainly will NOT return.

about an hour after the estimated delivery time, i tried calling to see what was up and to possibly cancel the order so we can go get something else to eat and not waste a delivery driver’s time. no one is picking up and delivery line is outsourced so they couldn’t help me. then 45 mins after that i get a text message that a doordasher is delivering my order in about an hour. at this point i don’t even want it anymore and was told to call the store if i want to cancel (surprise, no one is picking up). like what kind of pizza place has no one answering the phones?
