I really don’t see how this place is still open with the service I just got . I ordered my food,got it was missing a burger. Evidently didn’t hear me correctly when I ordered cause it wasn’t on the receipt,so I told him I needed to order another one. ” I’ll get that in a minute,” slammed the window. I waited a few minutes, knocked on the window and him and the manager turned their back to me. So almost 45 minutes total I left. If you don’t want to friggin work GO HOME!!!

Definitely recommend this location if u want fresh food and quick service, or if your doing door dash or Uber eats. The workers here are usually pretty friendly and helpful when trying to save money.

Dude at window kept asking is that all, never got receipt. There were no cars in line at around 7pm here is clear pic of the ghost face whopper I received that’s completely wrong! I’m due a refund for sure.

This bk use to be an awesome place to eat. We ordered 2 whoppers.. 4 Italian chicken.. 2 mozzarella sticks. We waited 20 mins in line at receive window. When we pulled noticed. 2 woman with bk shirts on at their cars.. Got our order taken… The black lady at register was really nice.. We pay and go forward. The black man at window was nice.. We could see that the drink machine kept jamming up on him with the ice.. After about 20 mins in line we got our food. We drove home.. We saw that we only got 1 mozzarella sticks instead of the 2. Then I gave our 8 year old the mozzarella sticks we got because she loved them and 1 was ordered for her. I handed my husband his whopper. I got my Italian chicken sandwich out.. I noticed it was cold but thought it was due to sauce then I looked at it and noticed the chicken was cold and raw… We don’t eat out much and this is why.. Very disappointing. Really need money back . not worth 30.00

I would never come here again. They served me raw patties to where I had to cook our patties at home and that’s ridiculous. My daughter ate half of her burger — hopefully, she doesn’t get sick or I will be suing Burger King.
