The young ladies that work there are very rude and are stingy with the servings. The heavy set girl that works there needs to be fired she is very rude and doesn’t care about the customer. She got upset wheni asked for cold cut sandwich and she made my a tuna sandwich, I proceed to tell her to change the bread and she has an attitude . No one told you to pick this job. Just because of her nasty attitude ,subway lost a loyal customer.

Today I came here to get me the Wednesday meal deal. And the young lady behind the corner. Got mad because I asked her to was her hands after the customer before me gave her money. Money is very nasty and dirty. Why would you not waste your hands before putting on gloves to make some food. And someone had there young baby in the back. And I know what you said in Spanish. Please be careful with people are making you food. Especially if they don’t wash there hand after touching money. Nasty

Store closes at 9pm. Showed up at 8:45 and they had already put all the food away. Didn’t offer to make anything at all. They should change their hours if they are going to put food away before the close of business.

I got here at 9am the door was locked, she let me in told me to wait for her to set up , I asked to use the bathroom she told me it was broke. The website says 8am open there door says 8:30 . It’s now 9:08 and I haven’t placed my order….. very poor service!

I called about 5 times and nobody picked up, the last time i was at the store the two young women put the wrong sauce on the sandwich and tried to give it to me + a cookie and a free drink when i came back to get it fixed they took back the cookie they had given me and the made me pay for the free drink they gave me for messing up the order

So I made an online order on a Thursday and completed the order at 8:55pm. A message popped up saying something about online orders must be in by 9pm, because they close at 9:30pm… So I thought I was good to go. My order said it would be ready for pick up at around 9:15pm. I pulled up at 9:14 and they had already closed and went home… All the lights were off and the door locked. I know the subway inside of Walmart shuts down the online ordering process when they are no longer excepting online orders for the night. The Subway at Garner Station should have done the same thing and not except online orders if they are gonna go close early. Now I hope that they don’t act like they never recieved my order, because my bank know, and I took a video of the time I arrived and the store being close.

I did an online order ,and when I was ready to get my order they were serving other’s customers before me. When I asked about my order I was told that I had to wait until they served everyone in the restaurant before they could get to me . So waited a whole extra forty five minutes just to get my order. When I finally received my order I also got a note saying that next time I had to be patient.
