We’re a little coffee shop located in Beaver City, Ut. We are about 1.5 miles off I-15. Take exit 109. Keep right…go left if your headed south, head east and stay on Main Street for about 1.5 miles. We’re located on your right. We have coffee, espresso, smoothies, teas, other hot drinks, soda, house made pastries, sandwiches & soups. We also do breakfast all day 7 days a week. Our food items are made from scratch. Our sandwiches are made with our own homemade bread made from fresh ground wheat! Soups are made from fresh veggies and entirely from scratch! Come by we are sure you won’t regret it!

Cute little coffee shop perfectly placed for a road trip stop. We ordered a brown-butter toffee, caramel mocha frappe (YUM!) and a butter rum latte. Both were delish!
We also got the breakfast burrito and the turkey bacon cranberry croissant. The burrito was mostly potatoes, but the croissant with the cranberry cream cheese was devine. It tasted fresh and I recommend giving it a try.
There’s some fun and cozy seating inside, along with some chairs and tables to eat outside when the weather is nice.

I’m so glad I stopped in on my way through town. I came in at 8 am and noticed the soups! They were very accommodating to serve me the unusual request of their beef stew in the morning! It came with the option of toast. I was surprised when I noticed the toast was homemade with real butter. I asked the owner and he said he orders the wheat from Lehi roller mills and grinds the wheat himself. The soup was homemade also and delicious! The atmosphere is another high point…wonderful cozy places to sit and enjoy your day! I Love to support local businesses working hard to bring quality to the public.

We were searching for a third wave coffee/espresso shop for our morning stop on the highway. I really like a good pourover or well extracted espresso that’s clearly had care and thought in the beans, roast, freshness, and extraction. This can be a challenge on a road trip. Colton’s place did not disappoint! He explained his roast and pull ratio, which was amazing. He was also SUPER patient with our carload of 5 people and questions about smoothies, breakfast food, and everything. My latte was fantastic, and all the food was amazing. Looking forward to next time we’re in town! Definitely the best place to hit while you’re in the vicinity of Beaver, UT!

A must stop!!! If you go thru the drive by, you’re missing out on the heart and soul of coffee.
The owner built the place from scratch with heritage that goes back through generations and with no compromise on quality. Everything is made from scratch at 5 am… and the flour, yup, local.
Consider yourself lucky if you’re able to talk shop about football, aviation, and life. What’s even more luckier… get the coffee made off the menu.
We’ll be back, regularly, regardless how far we are from Sedona, Las Vegas, Newport Beach, or Salt Lake City. #auric

My husband and I were told about this place getting groceries while we were in the area for our friend’s wedding.
Great decision and suggestion. The food is great and the coffee is awesome. The service is also excellent. We loved the interior decoration of the shop. The cold brew is top tier.
Thank you, Robinson Roast.

A perfect stop for a coffee, smoothie and/or bite to eat!
We stopped here for lunch after a long wait at another popular ice cream spot, and are so happy we tried this instead!
Friendly customer service, cozy, quiet, and clean! The decor is perfect and the small family that owns the spot made us feel like we were part of the family just hanging out for lunch ❤️
We’ll definitely be back when we drive I-15, and highly recommend to give it a try!

This was the best coffee shop I’ve ever been to!! My brother and I drove through and stopped for coffee and breakfast. The people were so kind and helpful. It was run by the coolest family and there really took care of us! They hand mill their flour, up making pastries fresh at 5 am. My brother got the breve and said it was the best coffee he has had, and I got the latte with organic maple syrup and it was amazing!! Just bummed we didn’t get bigger sizes! The blue berry muffin egg ham cheese sandwich and breakfast burrito were incredible. This was 10/10!!!!

Visited Robinson Roast twice – on the way to our destination and then back. If I was a local this would be a go-to spot for me as I loved the vibes and the decor, the music choice and the accessible wifi and multiple seating options. Perfect place to work, study, and relax with a great cup of coffee. The bathroom was also very nice and clean, perfect if you are sticking around a shop to work!
The coffee I had was a flavored latte that was not too sweet and the perfect temperature. Additionally, the muffins are made from scratch (they even mill their own flour!!!) and the banana muffin was particularly amazing. Highly recommend visiting!
