Five guys really does have the best burgers when compared to other franchise burger places. Fries are great also. The prices have gone crazy though. A double cheeseburger, little fries and a soda costs around $21. That’s kinda crazy, but still a really good burger

Only come here because the wife likes it. I rarely have had a good experience at this place. Overpriced with the food made wrong plenty of times. Today my patience just couldn’t. Put the order in online, got to the restaurant in 10 minutes. Then proceeded to wait another 23 minutes for the food. No I dont have the energy to argue with any employees. Took my food and went home. Lucky I gave any stars because I know people make mistakes but wow. No I dont want a coupon. Easy to scratch off my list of places I eat at.

Well, it’s a typical Five Guys location as I expected. Decent burgers, excellent french fries, and way overpriced. The restaurant was clean and I did find the box of peanuts after we had eaten our dinner. I enjoy the food, but boy is it tough to justify the price here. At least they have malt vinegar for the french fries, and they don’t charge extra for toppings on the burgers. We don’t come here very often, as it’s just too expensive considering other options like Freddy’s Steakburgers, which I enjoy more.

Somehow this place always messes up orders. Missing bacon, wrong condiments or missing things altogether. I just don’t get it. They have a person in the middle just prepping buns that can’t read a list correctly. Its not rocket science. $25 for a freaking burger and fries you better at least remember my bacon.

Mildly frustrated… without fail every time I order from here an important component of my burger is missing. Either the cheese and/or bacon is missing from my sandwich every single time I order. We just ordered lunch and once again, my bacon was missing from my lettuce wrap. I keep paying for stuff I’m not getting. Maybe it’s a website glitch but it’s printed on the receipt every single time. Food quality is great, just wish I would get what I order

Went in just to grab a large fry. Imagine my disappointment when I got home to find very little fries in the bag. Typically you get a cup full plus a scoop of fries. My beg had barely enough to fill the cup.
