Eyyuuuck! Disgusting!! I just tried that new breakfast bowl and it is not it. I don’t know if it’s the combination of the bowl or the restaurant not knowing what they were doing. But something is not right with this. It’s currently in my lap and I’m trying to figure out how to finish it. I heard them through the drive thru window asking each other how to make the bowl. I will not be returning to this location at all. The one on 64 would have done so much better. Service was cool Though. Thanks for the free drink!

Ordered through the drive through approximately 7pm on a wednesday night. Missing a biscuit and two chicken tenders out of 4 piece supreme combo, very frustrating for someone who is hungry. Food had obviously been sitting for a bit, which is disappointing. Fry portion was extremely small, I had maybe 9 fries. Trying to order is rough. The AI assistant is confusing. Woman at the window was very friendly, which is the only reason this isn’t a one star review.

The main issue here was technology, for a bit. The AI ordering in the drive-through in every Bojangle’s at the moment is rough, never showing your complete order on screen, resulting in missing or extra items.
The app-order pickups used to be difficult too, but that seems to be resolved.
The best part is the food and the customer service. The food is always quality at this location, and even better, the people have always been friendly and helpful.

This place is terrible. Waited FOREVER for a drive thru order in the morning (it was only two Cajun chicken biscuits with Borounds, nothing complicated). Went to look at the bank statements and they charged our card twice. Realizing this, we went back in the afternoon to ask them to refund us and they stated they can’t do it because the drawer had been closed. The person we were talking to was absolutely useless and said the general manager would be back on Monday for us to talk about it. Side note: while we were having this conversation, there were people in the lobby waiting that HAD BEEN WAITING FOR 30 MINUTES FOR THEIR FOOD, further proving my point that their service is slow. Their bathroom was also dirty. This place deserves 0 stars actually but I had to put some amount of stars to leave a review.

Bojangles is usually Bojangles if that makes since. Only problem is everything I come to this location I wind up throwing green beans away. They are ridiculously salty! And I love gren beans so this sucks…

The food was hot, fresh, and accurate, but what made our visit to this location wonderful was the girl who took our order. She had the best personality, and she seemed to make each customer feel as though they were the only one. She was attentive, and she brought our food out quickly. I wish I had gotten her name, but because of her we will definitely stop here again when traveling through!

I normally eat here and its good but I do not like the robot taking orders because I specifically asked for a small drink with my lids order and it I know it heard me got to window and not on the receipt. And I dont like waiting 15 mins on a chicken sandwich

Waited 15 minutes for one combo and a bo-berry biscuit. Mind you, this was drive thru. Food is usually pretty good but fast food that isn’t fast really defeats the purpose.

My pregnant wife ordered online, waited 10 minutes, Went up there To get our food. So far she’s waiting for 45 minutes. We Ordered three Cajun fillets. It should not take this long. This is absolutely an embarrassment to our community. This is supposed to be fast food. We were planning on eating before going to church. And this is beyond disrespectful.
