I should have updated this long ago…they did take care of me a couple weeks later, remaking my order properly.
There is no sauce on my pizza. I ordered it well done…it is not. I also ordered extra marinara sauce and did not receive it. I tried to call them for 30 minutes and never got an answer.

I think 3.3 stars is accurate. You will get something edible. But I went here about 3 days in a row and never got the same pizza.

I am very pleased with this location!!!! It’s like a hidden gem. The service is very kind and my food is cooked to order, hot and delicious. I don’t mind the wait. I mostly order the little pizza cup, the kids love them. It’s the perfect ratio of cheese, sauce, pepperoni and crust. Delicious.

I would like to point out first to everyone out there. Don’t go to this lil ceasers location on galbrith road. The reason I’m adding this comment is because. Just today me n my mom pulled up to the drive thru I talked to the owner about a stuffed crust pizza. He told me 7.00 so I asked for 2 stuffed crust. Got home neither pizza was stuffed crust. Went back up there brought both pizzas back and asked for the correct pizzas. He went in the back and handed us the wrong pizza 3x and not what we ordered. I told the guy this is not what u told us. He tried to up the price and pay 26.00 for 2 stuffed crust. I just said forget it and I went on n took the freshly made pizza which was still wrong. Im never goin back there again. I advise no one else to go there. They dnt know how to treat customers.

I ordered online to this location and was supposed to pick up 40 minutes later. When I got to the store my bread was not ready and I was told to wait an additional 5 minutes so they could make more. When that was brought to my car I had to take it back in because it was not done. I ended up not getting my order completed until about 5:55. Now mind you the original pick up time was 5:00-5:05! If you want undone dough then this would be your spot. Because of the wait they gave me two breads. The first pair were just like the picture of the jumbled mess you see in the picture which I refused. The picture below is what I went home with. Pitiful.

The one crazy bread is hard af with nothing on top of it . The other looks like they dabs some seasoning on it . Where is my cheese on my pizza ?!? I meant to post this Monday but have been busy working 2 jobs. I purchased the 2-topping “crazy crust” $6.99 on-line pizza special on Saturday and got a NASTY PIZZA with hardly ANY SAUCE – chinched Pepperoni and a very “bready” crust made soggy by the garlic butter. It was a LOUSY PIZZA that made me SICK. I was in the bathroom the ENTIRE DAY on Sunday. Monday, after work, I made it MY BUSINESS to TAKE IT BACK for my refund. I had a NASTY encounter with TWO MEN at the window. I pulled up, handed the first “gentleman” the pizza, told him it was bad and that it made me sick, and asked for my refund. He comes back – showing me another pizza – asking me “Is this one OK?” I said, “I don’t want another pizza, Sir. I just want my money back. The pizza was bad and made me sick. I don’t want to take that chance again.” He goes over to the other guy at the register. He comes back to the window, holding the sticker from the box saying, “This ticket says on-line so I can’t refund your money.” I said, “What difference does THAT MAKE- and WHAT SENSE DOES THAT MAKE?” He then tells me that they can’t tell from the sticker that I bought the pizza there, so I pulled up my email receipt. He then goes back over to the guy at the register. I hear him say something about a “stupid woman,” then they speak what sounds like Arabic. (I dated a guy from Mauritania who was fluent- so I know what it sounds like). They tinker around with the computer – then come back to the windows yelling, “You bought this Saturday. Why didn’t you bring it back 4 or 5 hours after you bought it? No we can’t give you refund.” I was furious by then. I put my truck in park and said, “WHO DO YOU THINK YOU’RE TALKING TO and WHAT KIND of SCAM are you trying to pull? DID YOU NOT JUST HEAR ME TELL YOU THAT I WAS SICK ALL DAY YESTERDAY BECAUSE OF YOUR NASTY PIZZA?! I CAME TODAY AS SOON AS I GOT OFF OF WORK! YOU GIVE ME MY MONEY or I’M CALLING THE POLICE! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I RETURNED THE PIZZA, I PROVED I PURCHASED IT FROM THIS LOCATION…WHAT ELSE DO YOU NEED?” He’s now standing there with his arms folded, looking 20 karat crazy. I’m staring back. He goes back over to the register, snatches $7 out, comes back to the window, struggling to rip the sticker up- as if to intimidate me by showing how MAD HE IS-looking like a WHOLE PSYCHO- (because that sticker paper is hard to shred) as he holds the $7 out. I snatched it and said a few choice words that I learned in Arabic that aren’t so nice. The look on his face-PRICELESS! NEVER AGAIN. You’ve been warned. NASTY PIZZA with even MORE NASTY ATTITUDES.

I called the store for 10 mins with no answer so I went online to check and see the hours to make sure they were open. I arrived at the store at 930pm, there was no one inside the store ordering anything. I told the staff I’ve been calling and they just looked at me and asked me to order. While waiting for my food with other customers in the building. The staff came from the back and locked the doors at 945 so no other customers could come in and order food. The woman manager was very rude and had a bad attitude. My food was not cut right and cooked too long. I was very disappointed in the service and food.

I used to eat here a lot because of the kids. But in recent months their service has gotten worse. It’s never “hot n ready” I always wait 10-20 for it. But this last time, my family and I were eating and I bite in to a breadstick and there’s, what looks to me to be, mold inside. I made everyone stop eating and took what was left back and spoke to the owner, whom said it was grease from the pans that seeped in. Idk for sure, but we sure will never eat here again. Be very cautious if you do.
