The artichoke pizza was amazing, and the black and chicken pasta too. They were considerate and gave an option to have chicken on the side, as we had a vegetarian friend with us. The pasta was creamy and rich, and the freshness of the ingredients you will know by the first bite.
Heads up, you will feel drowsy after eating, as it’s so good you’ll be in a food coma

Never tried this place before today. We ordered delivery during the storm because it’s close, we were able to call in an order, and no long wait for delivery time. Besides the quick delivery, it was very disappointing. We paid with a card over the phone and opted to give the driver a cash tip upon delivery. We didn’t realize we didn’t have appropriate bills for cash tip so we gave the driver the 4 singles we had and told him we would call to have a generous tip charged to our card. He seemed nice and left. We opened the box and realized the pizza was very cold and we would have to reheat it. Exception because it is freezing outside and we still planned to tip the driver well for delivering during a storm. Before I could get to my phone, they called asking for the tip. We did of course charge it to our card but we were extremely dissatisfied with the pizza. We ordered the margherita. The crust was the worst part. They somehow managed to make the dough taste undone inside and over done outside. It had a cardboard like texture but also, as it got cold, the crust was like rock. It was also too “tomato-y” for our liking. There was hardly any basil on it, for being a margherita The cheese was thin, burnt and also hard. We tried to eat some of it, I even tried adding garlic but we only each took a few bites of our slices. A pie wasted. We paid $22.13 + (6 slices)

I came here cause the other napoli’s on Washington said they had an 1Hour 30 minute wait for a pie. I was delighted to see that they had the slices for the pie that I wanted. I’m not kidding when I tell you, this was the best pizza I had all year honestly some of the best I’ve had. I got 4 penne à la vodka slice and the margarita pesto vodka slice. It was amazing. I had quick service and very friendly staff 10 out of 10 will come back again.

Went last night and got a salad with blackened chicken and they served us what you see in the picture, which of course, tasted like a plain grilled chicken. We sent it back because it’s not blackened chicken and they brought it back to the table again, saying “it IS blackened”. Judge for yourselves…

Wouldn’t mind if they had admitted it’s not blackened and offered something else they know how to do, but the fact that they brought it back after we sent it back speaks volumes about the service/culture of this place. Not coming back.

Also, the place is so dirty. The floors and tables are sticky, the women’s bathroom smells like a diaper, and the menus are all wrinkly.

Let me start w the pizza So crunchy n saucy n fluffy bread!!…arugula beet salad…delish! stuffed clams .omg!! I’ve had many but this was incredible!! 2 handing my food….even when I was full…kept wanting another bite!!.I will b brief n just say yum..good music n staff pleasant n attentive..loved the experience from beginning to the end..no alcohol thought a glass of wine would’ve went great w meal or peroni…lol over very gd maybe they should do BYOB..either or..I will b back!!

Came on a Friday night and sat outside. We really liked the spicy buffalo pizza. Crispy pizza, thin and good cheese amount. Had a nice level of heat. We waited a while to have our server come over. Took a long time to get the check. The chicken parm sliders were a really fun idea and overall tasted good but one of the sliders had meat that was tougher than jerky.

Truly beautiful family owned staff. Charming corner venue with full restrooms, tables tops, and great natural sunlight I’m sure during the day.
Pizzas and food all looked exquisitely delicious!

Timing of ordering and tabling were great, diverse diet options and a pizza caddy of all the pizza seasonings you can desire plus hand sanitizer.

10 stars for beautiful fellow humans as staff.

Napoli’s used to have really have great pizza, and so it was worth the somewhat subpar service. But each time their service gets worse and worse. The delivery always takes forever and the pizza is always cold by the time it shows up. Tonight was the last straw for us. We ordered at 5pm, got the confirmation at 5:07, with a delivery time of 6:30. We know to order well in advance because they are not quick with delivery. 7pm rolls around and we call to ask where our pizza is. The guy says ‘it’s on its way it should be there in a few.’ A few comes and goes. 7:30 I call back to once again ask where it is. They ask my address and then the phone goes silent. It seems they put me on hold, but without telling me. A minute and a half later they come back to on about how the driver still has another delivery and roads are closed, etc. I tell them at this point I just want a refund. It’s been 2.5 hours, that pizza is definitely cold and this amount of time is kind of insane. Another abrupt hold. She then comes back to tell me they’ll refund me, but that the ‘manager will call me back to do a refund.’ Overall, terrible service for what has become to be mediocre pizza.

Nice place with good enough seating. Got a large half BBQ chicken and half ciao Bella pizza. Both tasted nice, light bread and fresh cheese. Also got garlic knots which were good. The pesto pasta and red sauce pastas are good in taste and good quantity. A nice place overall
