Ordered a unsweetened iced tea, received sweet tea. Ordered a burrito Supreme with creamy jalapeño sauce. The sauce costs extra. It Wasn’t on my burrito, although they said it was. Didn’t offer any on the side. Only 1 employee smiled. No greeting from anyone. Not a very friendly place.

I like going to these one way better then the one in elgin where I live. Been going here for about a year now food is fresh. I had a great worker that works there these afternoon. Very patience and understanding she work at the drive through. And I order on app and the app was glitch. Wouldn’t let me edit for no sour cream and cheese for bowl. And got up and ask if she could please redo my bowl order since my mom cant eat dairy she understood. And was patience and polite about it when some other restaurants would have a fit and roll there eyes etc. She acuallty like her job i see which I appreciate!. And the inside of taco bell here is very clean and other staff is friendly !.

I literally wish I could 10 star this place . This has been my best workday lunch spot. The prices are always reasonable, online ordering is easy, and this PARTICULAR LOCATION, is the friendliest drive thru I’ve ever been to every single time. I’m not sure of the girls name in particular who is always so awesome, she is always on drive through and was today May 16th around 12:30 i am so satisfied with the food , the price ,and the staff of this location. Thank you guys for all you do!! You guys never miss!!!!!

This location of Taco Bell is fantastic. They are able to take orders accurately, there is typically no wait and the food is standard Taco Bell cuisine. I love that they have an app now to make ordering a breeze.

This location is consistently bad. WAY too many incidents to go into detail. One time I had to go back 3 (yes, THREE) times before my order was correct. Then for my inconvenience, they gave me coupons for 3 free tacos that were EXPIRED. I posted photos of my chicken taco (hold the lettuce) and my burnt steak quesadilla. (Yep, it’s chicken.)

I’m not a fan but in a pinch I decided to stop and grab it since it was quick and close. I don’t know if it’s because I haven’t had Taco Bell in a long time BUT they were surprisingly very tasty. Based off of this experience I’ll try them again!

First off they were out of lettuce second of all they prepared the Mexican pizza terrible I asked for extra onions didn’t get those. Ask for hot and mild sauce I got four sauce packets for two tacos and one Mexican pizza. And the lemonade taste like somebody’s hand lotion. All for $13 I guess they hand lotion taste was free.

Ordered from the mobile app for pickup. Asked about food after waiting 20 mins and they found the order so I’d expect it shortly after.. but it took another 30 more mins of waiting and finally got it and of course somehow it was a little cold. I dont think they liked me complaining after waiting so long so they made it take longer.

I ordered loaded nacho added jalapeño and everything and I paired it for takeout.
They didn’t add anything other than chicken and cheese. Employees over there don’t even take care of customers properly. Worst experience ever
