Really lovely atmosphere for brunch! We dined in. We had the B.E.L.T and the Farmers Sandwich. Both were so delicious. All of the ingredients were high quality. We especially loved the rustic potato chips. The ambience was peaceful and the view outside of the large windows on a snowy winter day was absolutely scenic! We had cupcakes at the end and they were 10/10. Our waitress, Kayla, was super lovely and accommodating.

I have always enjoyed Blue Eyed Bakery baked goods from the Hamburg Farmers Market and we decided to take a trip out to East Aurora early on a Sunday morning to check out their brick and mortar restaurant. After walking past cases of baked goods, we picked a table and were greeted within a couple minutes with menus and chilled water. Our server, Helen, was absolutely fantastic! I ordered the traditional yogurt bowl and Chai tea. My friend ordered the farmers breakfast sandwich with a regular coffee. Helen came to double check to make sure there was no allergies to berries (which impressed me that she thought of that). My yogurt bowl was ample. The blueberry jam gave enough sweetness to the yogurt and the homemade granola was delicious. My friend’s farmer breakfast sandwich was enormous! She loved it! Chai tea was perfect….smells just like Grandma’s kitchen. After brunch, I had asked Helen about gluten free offerings that I could take to go for a colleague and she made some great recommendations!

I’ve been getting baked goods from BEB for a couple of years and recently have tried their rooftop dining menu. Our server Charlie was extremely attentive and gave recommendations on the menu which I’m glad we took. The homemade pasta was delicious and my husband really enjoyed the French onion soup.

Stopped in to get something to eat. The prices are outrageous for food but I was hungry. I ordered the Lox “Bagel” on sour dough. Turned out to be sour dough bread. ♀️ it was very good. The pickled onions really complimented the spread and lox. I also ordered a cappuccino and I can’t lie, it’s so good!!!!! I also got a chocolate boka (?) to take home. It looks like a large cinnamon bun but with chocolate cream cheese topping. Also, extremely delicious. The girl taking orders at the front could’ve been a little nicer. I felt like I was annoying her. Not to mention she was taking her time getting to peoples orders at the counter. I walking away and coming back slowly while talking to other staff. Overall, the place is clean and sharp. Like I said, my only complaint (and loss of star) is the price. Probably wouldn’t justify a $29 order again (lox & drink) the dessert was ordered after for another $7 which wasn’t bad for its size.

Food was great. I really liked the pork chop and the artichoke. The coffee martini was not the best I’ve had; it was quite weak. Service was good; everyone was friendly. They missed my main dish in the order, however, not a big deal.

Food was very good, no complaints. Their bread and homemade jellies were both REALLY delicious. A little bit pricey for me for some things, but I’m a simple man and understand it’s the area. It wouldn’t necessarily deter me from going back. The servers were very nice, accommodating and quick whenever we needed something.

I was ending a much needed getaway and wanted a great bite to start my journey back home. I had did some research before I had started my mini vacation and was really excited to check this place out. I walked in and looked around then went to the cashier to wait in line. When it was my turn to be waited on I explained I wasn’t from around there and I looked up their menu and was wanting to get a bite to eat. She asked if I was dining in or taking out. If I was dining in that I should go have a seat. I asked a few questions about the food but when I asked for a menu to look at while I was waiting she said “actually no” and told me that a server would know I haven’t been waited on if I didn’t have a menu. I thought that was a bit odd but it was my first time there so I went with it. While sitting I was able to look over the whole menu and start an online order but I wanted a better look at the baked goods so I cancelled that and walked back up front to wait in line again. The girl greats me again and it’s obvious she doesn’t recognize me even though I was just up there 15 or so minutes ago. I told her that nobody acknowledged me while I was sitting there even though two wait staff passed me by nobody said anything to me. She apologized of course which was nice but she was doing take out orders only. I told her it would have been nice to have been able to eat but nobody seemed to care that day. Before I turned to leave the girl gives me a card for $2 off a drink. I appreciate the gesture but not everybody drinks or likes a mimosa with breakfast. The baked goods were okay, the almond croissant definitely stood out!

I’ve had several food and drink items, all of which were excellent. Their croissants, macarons, and cupcakes are favorites in our household. If you’re looking for a family friendly spot to eat, then this is absolutely the place to go. I was impressed with their large bathrooms having a changing table available. Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Love visiting here!

I’ve been here several times. It all started out great. Good food friendly service. It’s been a bit of a decline each visit. This past time we were there Monday 4/21, the service was essentially non existent. Even going to the register to order or to ask the soup if the day. Several times workers were in and out of the dining area looking harried and never asking how things were. No smile. No eye contact.
The bagels, pastry items and bread were good as usual. The other items were not. The turkey on the sandwich was dry and grizzle. The cranberry aoli was THICK and soaked the bread. Also very thick Brie- just hard to eat even with a fork and knife. It just did not taste good! Even the pickle was complete mush. Very disappointing visit.

I’ve loved Blue Eyed Baker for years since their old location and have recommended them to many. Unfortunately, my last couple experiences have been subpar. Today, was more than disappointing. Waited 20 minutes for a macaron, cappuccino (looked more like a small, rather than the medium I ordered) and a toasted bagel with light butter (a slathered, greasy mess – butter with bagel). Cost over $17, definitely not worth the drive.
