The unique and cozy atmosphere of this particular A&W made it the perfect place to stop and rest on our road trip a couple days ago. The staff are friendly and accommodating as well. They didn’t have an option on the menu for a caramel shake, but someone in the kitchen was able to make one with ingredients on hand and it turned out amazing!

Our experience was great! Even though they are short staffed they did not look or act frazzled. They were kind and were clear with the orders. The chicken tenders were really worth the wait. They were some of the best tenders I have had in a long time and my son loved them as well. They were juicy and crispy. Thank you such to the crew for providing such amazing service. They were even jumping in and helping each other out. Again thank you and stop in the dinning if you have some time. They place has a wonderful vibe and cute decor.

The overall experience was pretty good! The food was delicious, the chicken was SUPER HOT (not the spicy kind but the temperature kind), and the root beer was delectable. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of one thing: the wait. It took over 20 minutes for us to get our food! It was 2, 3 piece chicken baskets, a chicken sandwich, and a Papa Burger. There weren’t a lot of people there when we ordered, either. It was also expensive. $9 for a burger, fries, and a drink. Our total came out to about $40 for the 4 things I mentioned earlier. Other than that, I would recommend this place!

It is a standard A&W fast food place. I got a meal and got back on the road. The service I got was great.

The food was good as expected and the service was great. However, the root beer I ordered didn’t taste like root beer. It sort of had a vanilla flavor, which is a shame because I purposely stopped here for the root beer. I hope they look into that problem.

Good food, but un-godly slow!!
Ok, I love A&W but this place is consistently the slowest drive thru on the planet. I go here once a week and you will have a minimum 20 minute wait at the drive thru. Tonight, it was 35 minutes. Not acceptable.
Update: 4/2/2022. MUCH better! Prompt, good staff, hot fresh food. Thanks!

Stopped in for an order to go. I was the only customer just before 6:00 pm on a Tuesday night. I noticed five employees. I thought it interesting that the employees weren’t wearing uniforms.
The young girl at the register was friendly and patient. Two other young employees were standing by thy drive-thru window and goofing around. I can understand when there are no customers, but once someone is standing in their view, they should have more decorum. I noticed a manager who didn’t seem to care. Once my other was ready, everyone just stood there. Finally, the manager said something, and the both who had been goofing around bagged my order.
I considered eating there, but the dining area was pretty drab. The food, however, was good. Large tasty onion rings are not overly salted. Mushroom Swiss Burger was good but too salty. Island Freeze was tasty.
