Very dog friendly, nicely sheltered place to eat overlooking the boats at the marina. Angel was great, fish sandwich and pulled pork sandwich were both excellent. The lunch menu is an incredible price performer! Good music, though a little loud. Highly Recommended!

What a find! A great little sports bar with a superb view of the harbour. The menu is well put together and the food is excellent. I went for the chicken, fruit and nut salad. It was a good sized portion bc and so tasty and reasonably priced. Will definitely return.

The atmosphere is a great spot. After we were seated it took 15 minutes for our waiter to come to our table. Ordered our food, and we waited 45 minutes. About thirty of those minutes spent waiting, we all had empty drinks. The waiter was working hard, but this place was completely mismanaged. As we waited, others were seated, who gave up and left before being waited on. After spending a little over 2 hours for a chicken sandwich, I would recommend skipping this place, too much other good food on Hilton Head to spend time and money here.

Top Dawg is great! I live in Bluffton but it is always worth the drive to Hilton Head Island. Large menu, portions are big enough to share. Their blue cheese slaw is one of my favorites. I especially love sitting on the outside patio with the views of the shelter cove marina and on Sunday’s they usually have live music. Highly recommend you check out this restaurant.

The chicken salad wrap was one of the best I have ever had. I had it with the fruit, and wish there was more of it. The Bourbon salmon was good, but the broccoli was undercooked as well as the rice. Burger was good and I believe that the Mac and Cheese was Kraft. French fries were crunchy as the tots were good as well.

Let me tell you, if you are in the hilton head area & want the absolute best food, extremely friendly & fun staff then you gotta come to top dawg. My husband & I were there at least 5 times on our week trip.
We went to the nice seafood restaurant Ela’s & ended up just leaving after the appetizer because the food could not compare toTop Dawg.
Angela, Sushi, Iggy & everyone there were awesome! We will most definitely be going back.

The people here were very nice and the view of the harbor is great. Be sure to be on the bar / tavern side. Great happy hour and the pizza was very good, and only $10 for an 18″ cheese pizza that had great flavor! Way better than the $30 pizza we had from Dough Boys. Check it out!

We had a quick lunch here before heading out on a boat tour. The patio is a great place to take in the views of Shelter Cove. Staff was excellent and friendly and the food we had was delicious. Highly recommend and will come back again.

We had to come here for a last minute session as our party of 11 had a bunch of kids and a lot of them were starving. Unfortunately it wasn’t the best experience.
I understand that when handling a large party it can become overwhelming, however our waiter did not seem up to the task. He seemed new which made matters worse.
The food wasn’t bad and if it was just me and the Mrs sitting at the bar we would probably come back, but for a large party it seemed everyone was having issues, not just us.

Potato skins tasted like they were in the freezer too long and were underwhelming. For a tavern the local beer selection was sad not what I expected. The menu selection was not like other taverns a bit dull not good. The restaurant is in desperate need of up-keeping a bit grungy and outdated.
