The burgers were NASTY! They oozed grease with every bite. And it wasn’t a good, juicy burger grease. Was cloudy and made the burger disgusting. Needless to say, we did NOT finish them.
Unsurprisingly, I had stomach issues the rest of the day, which didn’t make our long day of travel pleasant, at all.
The staff was fine, but the Manager was complaining about things both to US, the customers, and to her staff very loudly.
Also, someone wasn’t listening, or communication is an issue, because one of the staff had to come ask us HOW MANY of the (nasty) burgers we ordered. Our receipt showed the correct info, so we’re not sure where the disconnect was.
Overall, between the awful burgers and the staff issues, we won’t be stopping at this location, again.

Service was great. I was greeted immediately by workers. They were ready for me as a walk in with the drive thru packed. Now to the guy in back training new employee i assume. Super patient respecful. Need more people like this in this world. Good for this place. I understand its fast food but man I was 100% impressed.

The biscuit and gravy was delicious as always. However, the tator tots were hard, gross, tasted like old oil. I ate the first one and did not attempt another. The food is usually pretty good here. It’s probably the only negative review I’ve ever left here.

My mushroom and Swiss was warm but the 3 burgers and curly fries were room temp. We also waited in drive thru for 5 min before order was taken. Im a huge hardees fan but this was disappointing

Took 5 minutes to order a wrap and a water, I emphasized no sauce multiple times on the wrap and watched them put sauce on it, while also not being waited on to pay after 6 minutes with no line at all. I just drove away. This place has gone way down hill.

I give them 5 stars because food is always hot and tasty. They are short staffed but still do a good job at getting you your food. Definitely will be back in the future.

Kinda leery due to other Reviews, but wanted to try the new Chili Dog. Got the $6.99 Bag. Everything was hot and fresh. Chili Dog was delicious. Fries where hot and crispy. Service was great. Overall 8.3 out of 10

Nothing hits the spot like Hardee’s and this restaurant was right on par with friendly service and hot promptly served food that was great. FYI if you have a puppy like me you can purchase a small meat paddy for $1 or a large one for a bit more.

Arrived shortly after 12pm. Already knew it was going to be a wait when there’s only 3 people working. One person working the drive thru, one person making orders, the other working deep fryer. Waited 4 minutes to place eat-in order. Waiting another almost 8 minutes to receive it. Table next to my son & I needed attention. Floor was a bit sticky.
