After a mess up on our order. Online i guess their system messed up our original order. So when I called and explained that it had messed it up. The girl who I was talking to basically said they give me a free pizza medium which is the one that was screwed up. But for 10.00 credit. From my recent im sorry but that math aint mathing. And I told her that and she didn’t want to talk to me anymore and handed the phone to someone else. And they Basically said to call their corporate office to resolve the issue. Ya not happy. Great for the “coupon” on the pizza they didn’t deliver to me but a pizza i didnt order. Overall i get it. But you dont need to be rude.

This is by far one of the best Domino’s (Harrison, Centralia WA). Friendly and great pizzas! They always seem to be working full speed! There are way more toppings on their pizzas than they have up north!

Terrible common sense and they lack common courtesy. There is absolutely no reason I should of been hung up on for asking a simple question then I come to pick up my order and the man slams it on the counter, wow. Terribly rude to customers!

Ordered 2 pizzas for like $50 for pick up. I ordered extra cheese on one which I didn’t get, as usual. And the second pizza was already cold and seemed to have no sauce on it. Getting really expensive and not giving what is paid for is ridiculous

I received a pizza that was extremely burnt – so I called the store to ask for a new pizza. The girl on the phone was so nice and understanding, I was extremely impressed! The GM Casey has a little bit to learn about taking accountability and customer service… but regardless we got out second pizza and all was right with the world.

This location and staff don’t just rep company they live it. I’ve ordered many many many pies..from this location and I have never been disappointed. Staff are friendly and food is clean and good.
