So the food is good. We never complain when it comes to the pizza and wings, but the cinnamon twists seem to dip in quality. Sometimes, if you’re lucky, you get nice fluffy twists. Other times, you get small ones without any cinnamon because it’s melted off or missed the twists.

Was a late delivery pizza looked like someone was shaking it and looks like a bite was taken idk if someone did or what but I called said come get it and refund us they refused to refund us the $25.15 so now I have to order food for my kids somewhere else and make them wait again another hr for their saterday night pizza.

We did pick up. Our food was good no complaints there the store was clean no complaints there !! However it took 20 minutes just for some to take my order ( they may have been new I don’t know) however say your new tell your customer! If you need Help get your manager or something!!! 20 minutes is ridiculous to take an order!!! Then I get told 20mins for pickup . Okay get there was a little early. However it took 45 minutes to get our food!! Plus there were still people waiting ahead of us waiting for their food !! Your team needs to shape up and get it together because this will NEVER workout with this kind of service !¡!!! Get it together know your specials , know what you have and don’t have in your store !!!! Mangers you really need to help your crew this really reflects on YOU!!

I placed an online order for Alfredo bread bowel, instead of calling me to let me know that they are all out of the sauce they completely replaced it with something else not informing me of this change. When I received the food and ate 1 bite I almost puked. They replaced it with some type of garlic base and it was the worst. I called back they explained what happened and we agreed I should get a new one free of charge keep in mind I tipped well and paid for delivery. Well tonight I call for my free one and they make me pay almost 4 dollars for delivery. I told her what happened she did not care all I wanted was the food I was promised. I do not have a vehicle to pick up this food I told her that I will not be ordering from them ever again

I have been attempting to work with this store since I’ve moved here, already I had been forced to walk for my pickup with total disregard when having car troubles and now, they offer an “emergency pizza” that this store “is not responsible for” because it’s a deal offered within the app. I have tried to reach customer support and this store directly. No response or resolution. I recommend little ceasers. It’s right across the street. It seems, customer service is dead at domino’s. R.I. P.

We ordered 2 large pizzas online because they were advertising half off. At checkout it never prompted any discount. When we arrived to pay it was mentioned that it never asked and we were told it should have and there was nothing they could do. I am sorry but you have the ability to override the price. Not very happy with this experience. We like their product but this was poor customer service
