Placed a order through the app, everything went well, picked up inside, server was polite and made sure order was right, thanks we will be back, food was fresh and right, I can recommend the chicken combo with the white gravy to dip. Pretzels are very good also.

Staff was friendly and greeted us when we came in. Food was quick, hot, and fresh! When our food was brought out to us, she made sure to check we had everything we needed. Restaurant was very clean and well stocked. First time through, highly recommend!

as a former fast food worker myself, i understand the stress of a rush. what i don’t understand is airheaded levels of incompetence! i asked for cheese curds as the side with my chicken box and requested gravy, so she typed it in and the asked me what sauce. i repeated myself because i understand not hearing the first time, so she goes what sauce for the cheese curds? and i say… gravy. and for some reason my box comes out and there’s ranch and no gravy. the audacity to look me dead in my eyes, absorb my answer, and still get it wrong baffles me to an insurmountable extent. that or the whole kitchen needs a new pair of costco readers.

I can “definitely” tell it’s end of the ice cream season tonight….got a PB Parfait and it was not soft serve (was firm with a yellow tint) and someone must’ve put the end of the nuts in my parfait because it was SO SALTY, and shells— such a disappointment when it was almost $7.00 and had been craving it for over a week! My next visit will be in the Spring. Do better DQ.

I ordered French fries and the first batch I received was very old. I asked for fresh, hot ones, and the employee brought me another batch, asking me to check them. Unfortunately, they still weren’t hot, but I didn’t want to wait any longer, so I just accepted them. I’m not sure why I was asked to check them myself—it seems like they don’t really understand what hot, fresh fries should be.

There’s always a long line at the drive-thru, which does move fast, and with all the orders they still managed to get everything perfect. My favorite fast food is at dairy Queen and I love that you can take home courts of their soft serve ice cream

I ordered a soccer cake for my son’s 10th birthday. When I picked it up it was not what I ordered and had some random emblem with multiple sports on it. I told them this is not what I ordered. They told me the soccer ball was not available so they chose this instead. If what I ordered isn’t available they should have called me and let me decide if I want to choose something different or find it somewhere else. They gave me a discount still not acceptable whatsoever. They also didn’t even spell happy right. The “Y” was left off. The border colors were also not what I chose

I ordered two of the new Chicken and Biscuit Baskes. Got home and guess what, didn’t get the baskets I ordered. Disnt get a come for my kids meal either. I ordered 3 meals, all three were worng or missing something. Food was edible but nothing special.Probably won’t go back.
Update: I went back. They got my order right, but they but the biscuits on the bottom so they were smashed and pretty much fell apart to the point of not being edible. Out of 7, I had 3.
