Hidden gem for Cajun seafood boilerlovers!
Stumbled upon this spot when I was craving a good Cajun-style seafood boil—and wow, it delivered. They’ve got a great variety of seafood, and the portions are super generous. What’s even better? They throw in free items based on how much you spend ($70 = 1 item, $140 = 2, $210 = 3). So if you’re going with a group, it’s a total win.
The place is spacious with plenty of seating, and TVs above the bar make it a great hangout for game nights. Service was quick and friendly, and the food hit the spot. Only minor miss was the fried calamari—it was a bit chewy this time, but usually it’s great.
Funny side note: I went with a friend, and my wife found out… so we ended up back there the next day with the whole family
If you’re hungry and in the mood for a seafood boil, this place is definitely worth checking it out

The Big Catch has quickly become one of my favorite spots for seafood in Ontario. The food always tastes fresh, the seasoning is spot-on, and the portions are generous for the price. The staff are friendly and the service is consistently quick, even during busy hours. I tried the shrimp and catfish combo this time—crispy, flavorful, and not greasy at all. Definitely a great place to satisfy a seafood craving.

We got here at 4:20pm and the door was locked. They open at 3:00 pm on Thursdays. We tired this place before and we didn’t really like it but we love seafood so we gave it another try. Big mistake. We ordered fried oysters and they were way over cooked and they were the frozen kind. I took pic of them. We ordered crab legs and shrimp. No taste at all. Won’t be back. Way over priced for the taste of the food.

First timer, and I was impressed. It wasn’t crowded. Very spacious. Service was really good. TV’s all around. The wings, raw oyster, cucumber salad, and Brussel sprouts are the bomb. 10 out of 10, I do recommend

2021 update: I’ve become addicted to this place and it is my go to for seafood fried rice as well as their house blend mild crab legs. Ive tried other places and no one has that right level of flavor and kick to keep me not only coming back but finding excuses to swing by. 6/5 stars honestly. Even their lack luster drinks can’t bring down the score. Food way to d*** good.
It’s a mystery I haven’t heard if this place yet. I recommend crab lovers to try this place. The drink selection was fun

We were looking for a seafood place to eat for my nephews birthday. This place was not our first choice but happy we ended up here. They have great happy hour deals and if you spend a specific amount of money you get free food! We ordered a couple orders of wings and Brussel sprouts for an appetizer. For the main course we did two different seafood boils, one with the house sauce and the other with butter and garlic. Both were delicious and the craw fish were huge! Also ordered the garlic noodles, catfish and chicken katsu. All dishes were amazing. We didn’t order our free dish and our waitress reminded us we got another free dish, so we ordered it and took it home.

This place has really delicious seafood boils. Their house seasoning was kinda cajun and spicy. They offer a variety. I love the free items with purchase. It is a clean restaurant with great staff. The cucumber salad was great. The clam chowder is super authentic with clams in the shell still in it. I didn’t like having to dig out shells, but it was tasty. Why I didn’t give it 5 stars was because when we were finished eating, we had to ask for wipes and lemons to clean our hands. Sounds petty, however if you eat this you will get it. The other reason was the menu and restaurant vibe. They are going for a sports bar feel , but their prices are on the higher side. I expected more fish options, not catfish or boils. I can’t see people saying,”let’s watch the game and crack seafood.” You think wings, chicken tenders, etc. Seafood is nice too, but not this style for a sports vibe. Paper plates and plastic spoons were kind of tacky for the price.
I can’t praise the staff enough though. They consistently checked on us and them wanting everything to be perfect. I would definitely return and recommend. Keep in mind though, it’s super casual atmosphere with a high priced menu.
